Had to break out my Veggetti to make some zoodles for linner. I haven't used this thing in about a year, but this is still my favorite combo with zucchini and Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce. 5 minutes in a skillet and 5 minutes later I'm in a food coma. I see there's now a Veggetti Pro in these streets. That may need to find its way into my kitchen. 😉🍲
