I haven’t booked a show in over a year now but here ya go. Arachnid is great. I haven’t really been active playing in many bands but I hope that changes soon.
I'd rather be in outer space 🛸

I haven’t booked a show in over a year now but here ya go. Arachnid is great. I haven’t really been active playing in many bands but I hope that changes soon.
Just some pics I forgot to upload from a tour my band Beyond Peace did earlier this year to the southwest and Texas. That’s all.
I’m doing a show for Pious Faults from Brisbane, Australia here in Iowa City hardcore, here’s the poster I made for the gig. It’s gonna be sick!
My band is going to Iceland, a few shows and then we’re playing Norðanpaunk 2018 . It hasn’t really hit me yet but here’s a poster I designed for the little tour anyway.
On July 17th we are releasing our new 7″ EP called “What’s There To Be So Proud Of?” in Iowa City, IA with some cool bands. Here’s the poster I made for the gig. Come out!
A quickie I made today for the Product KF gig in Iowa City in a little less than two weeks. They’re good, I’m stoked! I want to be in a band that rips off Joy Division too, let’s do it!
A quickie I whipped up yesterday before the Lavender Country show (which was the most moving set I’ve seen a band play in recent memory, if ever). It’s a little NOFX looking... but that’s okay. Let’s mosh.
I did this poster design for a last minute Lavender Country gig happening at the end of the month at the Garden Club, the new DIY venue in lovely downtown Iowa City. Lavender Country is a life-affirming band for me so it was an honor to get to design the poster and I’m glad they’re finally coming to Iowa City!
A new poster I spent all night last night designing for a tour I’m heading out on in two days that ends at Everything is Not Okay IV in Oklahoma City. I’ve never played a show in a majority of these cities so I’m super excited! I’ve never even been to San Antonio either so let’s fuckin’ go. A lot of long drives but whatever, let’s rock. A note on my use of red and black in a lot of my designs: a lot of the fliers and album covers I've made are meant to be printed in multiple different colors so the red on this poster can easily be replaced with any other color. I just think it looks best presented through a computer screen as red.
Here’s the cover to the second Beyond Peace 7″ that I designed. I’m excited to finally get this out because the recording and mixing process was a total anxiety-riddled nightmare endurance session (don’t rely on good intentions). Out soon on Slugsalt Records: http://www.slugsaltrex.com/
Here's a new zine I made. It's called MOVE YO ASS! It's 96 pages of black and white photography documenting a trip I went on in late 2017. Each image has been handpicked to help the viewer attain a calming sense of peace and wellbeing in these tumultuous times. If you like graffiti, narow-gauge railways, hiking in gorges, forests of all sorts, the design aspects of advertisements in different countries, or are simply just into the idea of a zine itself radiating peace then this one is for you. $5 from me, a little more if you want it shipped. Hit me up if you are needing a copy, help me help you. [email protected] This is the sixth in the "PEACE ON EARTH" series.
A tour poster I designed for the Beyond Peace tour in September.  This tour is 3 1/2 weeks out to the east and the south, I’m looking forward to it since I haven’t been on a tour this long in a few years now.  We probably should’ve come up with a cool name for this tour, oh well.  We will have our 7″ available on this tour.

A flier I made for the last show at my house, Dick’s Jiggly Room.  We’re getting kicked out at the end of the month and the house is being sold to the city.  I’ve lived in the house for six years and the space has hosted shows for almost a decade now.  Time flies.  RIP Dick’s.  See you in hell.
A sticker I designed for my band Beyond Peace. Â Gonna be slapping it up and down the east coast and the south in September. Â More details soon.
A poster I designed for a short Beyond Peace tour at the beginning of June. Â We are a band of criminals so we booked this tour to see if we can even get into Canada with the hopes that, if we do, we can plan a bigger Canadian tour in the future.
A poster I designed for the upcoming Beyond Peace tour this month.  It’s been almost two years since I’ve been on tour with a band, I’m excited.
A flier designed by my friend Joe Heuermann and I.  This is at a new space in town, Near Future, and I’m very excited to play.  All money raised at this show will go towards the Eastern Iowa Community Bond Project, a new program set up to help keep immigrants in Iowa from being deported if they have been arrested in an ICE raid by posting their bond and getting them out of jail.  For more information check out their website: http://www.communitybondproject.org/ We will be screenprinting copies of this flier.
