Its styling is based on a Scorpion Exoskeleton having the total capacity of battery 12.8 kilowatts which can be fully charged in just 30 minutes. 3. Lazareth LM847 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMXGTdraViA This limited edition motorcycle is developed by a French company Lazareth. This futuristic bike contains a 4.7-litre V8 engine. LM847 generates 470 horsepower at 4000 rpm. The total weight of this futuristic bike is 400 kgs having wheels of 17 inches. This machine is 2.6 meters long, 36 inches wide and 1 meter high. Lazareth promises that LM847 takes only a few seconds to go from 0 to 150 kmph. It also contains special independent suspension which helps to lean down at the curvy tracks. 8 piston breaks are also provided in order to stop this beast machine. 4. Dodge Tomahawk 8.3 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pzSP3eQ8Bs Dodge tomahawk in a non-street legal concept vehicle which is introduced by a company named Dodge in North-American International AutoShow 2003. Tomahawk 8.3 have large capacity cylinders SRT 10 engine and it can go 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 2.6 seconds.  This bike also has very cool looks but its speed cannot be left behind its looks as it has a top speed of 674 km/hour. But unfortunately, we all cannot buy it because of its price which is approximately Rs. 4 crores. 5. ZecOO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR0Vr-zhvhU This extraordinary electric motorcycle is designed by a Japanese engineer and designer Qvata Nesu. Its aesthetic is just superb, it can go up to 136 km in one full charge. Although its weight is 280 kgs, still it can reach up to a maximum speed of 160 km/hour. It takes 6 hours to get fully charged. The cost of this magnificent electric bike is Rs. 50 lakhs. Its batteries are placed under its peaky nose. 6. The inspiration of its name comes from the starting days of plane aviation. The bike is designed in a manner that rider can have a feeling that he/she is flying even when present on land. 10 Deadly Inventions which took their Inventor's life

Science is all about inventing new things and implement them in daily life use, basically, it is all about research and development. All the well-known inventors to date made a courage to think something unique, have proved themselves to the people who want to prove them wrong. But, some unlucky inventors even after being successful with their deadly inventions, because of some mistakes lost their lives too. The list of 10 Deadly Inventions are as follows :

1. Sieur Freminet's Rebreathing device:

In the year 1772, Sieur Freminent from France invented the machine which was made to breathe underwater during scuba diving. The objective of this machine was to convert the exhaled carbon dioxide into oxygen to keep breathing underwater. This was the first device of this kind but unfortunately, it cannot be completed successfully and some errors occurred. The inventor of this device died while he was testing his invention and the reason was lack of oxygen.

2. Henry Fleuss' oxygen rebreather :

It is another machine developed to breathe underwater in 1876 by Henry Fleuss' in England. It was designed like a dress which uses compressed oxygen instead of compressed air. The main motive of this invention was to rebuild the doors of drowned ships. One day, Henry decided that he will go 30-feet inside the water but unfortunately, he died because of the pure oxygen filled in the cylinder as it acts like a poison when 100% pure and even becomes more poisonous under the pressure of water.

3. Franz Reichelt's Parachute Suit :

On 4th February 1912, an Australia man named Franz Reichelt was a French tailor by occupation and was famous to make parachutes and to use them. Once, he invented a parachute which can be worn as a dress and made a plan to jump from the Eiffel Tower. His friends and other people tried to stop him but he jumped from the first platform of Eifell Tower and the result was perfectly what the people are afraid of...the parachute did not open completely and Franz died by hitting the ground with a pretty high speed.

4. Max Valier's Liquid Fueled Rocket Car :

On May 17, 1930, Max Valier who was honored for his capability and experience to make rockets take initiative to test his new invention whose rocket that was filled with alcohol blasted during the test. From 1928 to 1929, Valier worked with a company named Fritz Opel which was made to create cars and aircraft that can run with a speed of a rocket. Valier was concentrating completely on liquid-filled rockets, in which he succeeded on 25th January 1930 in the field of liquid fuel technology. On 19 April 1930, he also took a test drive of such a car which he named as Valier Heyland RAK-7. After a month, the alcohol filled cylinder blasted in which Valier lost his life.

5. Thomas Andrew :

He was an Irish businessman who was known for making water ships. He was also the architect of World Famous ship 'Titanic' and he was the one to create it. On that first and last trip of Titanic, Andrew was also present on it. When on 14 April 1912 Titanic hit an iceberg, he was the one in those 1507 passengers who lost their lives in that accident. The Titanic trip is one of the most horrible accidents that happened till yet.

6. Horace Lawson Hunley :

Hunley was a marine engineer and also the inventor of world's first fighter submarine. He named this as CSS Hunley. In the year 1863 submarine, while the submarine was under test, an accident occurred because of which it cannot come back to the surface and get drowning every second in which Hurley and his other 7 workers died.

7. Alexander Bogdanov :

In 1924, he started doing experiments on blood transfusion with a hope that with its help human will not get older anymore i.e the age will not be recognized till the day he/she will be alive. After doing 11 transfusions, Bogdanov's seeing capabilities increased to a great extent. But in 1928, during a blood transfusion, Alexander Bogdanov died when he used the blood of one of his student who was suffering from Malaria as well as Tuberculosis. 8. Henry Smolinksi :

Smolinski and his one friend initiated a company named Advast Vehicle in 1971 whose motive is to invent the car which can even fly whenever it is necessary. Their first and the only model was AVE Mizzare which was made by joining a car named Ford Punto and wings of an aircraft named Cessna 337 aircraft. This flying car can go up to a maximum height of 12,000 feet with a maximum speed of 209 km/hour. During one of its flight, because of some unwanted disturbances in the fans of the engine, it became out of control and a huge crash occurred in which Henry Smolinksi died.

9. Marie Curie :

She was the one who founded two new elements of the periodic table which were Radium and Polonium. She also started the attempts for radioactivity because of which X-rays technology has been invented. For this work of her, she was awarded Chemistry and Physics Nobel Prize too. She was the first lady who was awarded Nobel prize twice and is the only one to do something like that till date. Unfortunately, because of her research, she was greatly affected by very harmful radiations because of which she suffered from a disease named 'Leukemia' which is a type of blood cancer and she died in 1934.

10. Sylvester H. Roper :

He invented a bicycle which can work on steam which is one of the oldest inventions in the field of automobiles. In June 1896, during the show off event of this bicycle to the normal people, an accident occurred because of which Roper got a heart attack and unfortunately he lost his life. If you rewind your life a little backwards, you will witness this one-sidedness over size and color dates back to them when people are born in their ward where the first person to see you as an infant checks out whether you are fair or dark. I believe that equating the word fair to lighter complexion is the greatest sin that mankind has ever committed. You do not have to state that the darker are the less privileged as calling someone fair, passively signals that the darker one to be inferior. Men who are fat or even have some form of loose muscle are body shamed and this has a concrete base as movies have depicted these in a wrong manner on multiple occasions. The people who we have considered as role models have failed in these areas as this continues to affect people of all strata. This inferiority complex creates the lack of self-confidence where men are fooled by the images that they find on TV commercials before and now even tactically lured with the words of fairness and fitness. The idea of the modern Alpha has changed parallel to the thoughts of equality but has changed so little that it has been able to reach to few people. The idea that men need to be fit and have a fairer complexion have crossed the stages where even women do not take these into consideration when they approach any man. There was a little girl of about 10 years who lived in the valley near a hill. She lived in a small house with her parents and a younger brother. This little girl loved exploring. Most of the time, after she came back from her school, she would set off to climb the hill. Each time, she would try a different route to get on to the top of the hill. One such day during her exploration, as she neared the top of the hill, she saw an old lady sitting on the porch of a house, cutting some vegetables. In front of the old lady were about 4 - 5 children who appeared spellbound enjoying what the old lady was narrating. A small kid came running towards the little girl and said “Come soon, come soon, Ajji has just started telling us the story.” The little girl ran and sat with the other children and Ajji restarted narrating the story. The little girl loved listening to Ajji’s story. Listening to Ajji’s stories became a routine. Everyday, she would wait to get back from school, get ready and run up the hill to listen to the stories. One day, as she was getting ready to go to Ajji’s house, her brother who was about 4 years old, asked her if he too could go with her. She was excited to take her brother and make him listen to Ajji’s story. She took him in her arms and was about to leave the house when her mother said “Are you going to climb the hill carrying your brother? He is not a baby anymore, he weighs a lot! I, myself find it difficult to carry him up the hill, how can you ever do that? Don't think it is as easy as carrying your school bag!”. The little girl said, “Amma, I love going to Ajji’s house to listen to the stories. You know I do it everyday. Carrying my little brother up the hill is no big deal for me because I love him and he is definitely fun to be with! I like carrying him and I will never feel he is heavy. This airplane is also known as 'White Swan' for its color and smoothness. This 54 meters long aircraft is the longest, heaviest airplane of its kind and this is the reason why it owns a record of 'World's Fastest Strategic Bomber' with the longest range of bombs. This supper plane does not have any kind of defensive weapon that is why when it flew, some long-range fighter planes give it a cover. It has its own GPS jamming system and anti-satellite weapons. This is the last strategic bomber of Soviet design that started flying in 1987. It even operates for Russian Airforce till now. Its maximum speed is 2220 kmph. 7. Airbus Beluga XL:

It is considered to be as World's Biggest Cargo Plane in the world. It looks like a Dolphin. The cabin and cargo warehouse's internal structure has been redesigned in order to increase the storage capacity of the plane. Before going to fly, it still has to pass a few tests. This aircraft is capable of transporting 88 passengers and its total length is 69 meters with the highest speed of 865 kmph. But after the breakdown of Soviet Union, the production of this plane was stopped and the under-construction models were completed between 2001 to 2004.

After years of development, a company by Paul Allen, who is also a founder of Microsoft has introduced this rocket launcher aircraft. This insane 73-meter long plane has 2 cabins with a 177-meter wide wingspan. It has a total load capacity of 22.6 tons. Without cargo, its weight is 227 tons and it can fly with a carrying load of 600 tons also. This plane can fly up to an altitude of 10 km when it reaches the maximum altitude, it launches the cargo in the orbit and then comes back. Its first flight was planned in 2016 but unfortunately, it cannot be done at that time. People belonging to the company stated that it will start flying in 2019 and the first commercial flight is now planned in 2020. 4. Airbus A350-1000: This plane, that is a bit more than 73 meters is the most extended version of the Airbus family. It can transport 440 passengers at a time which are 50 more in numbers as compared to the previous model of Airbus. It has a maximum fuel capacity of 1 lakh 56 thousand liters. Airbus has stated that the fuel consumption of this aircraft is 25% lesser than the rival companies. It can fly about 14,800 km in one go. It consists of some luxury facilities like switch seats which can be converted into double beds whenever needed along with some modern interiors which provide full comfort to the passengers to travel long distances. A total expenditure of 11 billion Euro has taken place in this project. 3. Lockheed C-5 Galaxy :

Galaxy C-5 is the biggest transport aircraft used for the American airforce. It is designed by the Lockheed company and its operations were started in 1968. Its total length is 75 meters which provides a good cargo capacity to transport some fully equipped military systems including Combat Tanks. This plane is used for US military operations and is to help the armed forces during any kind of war attacks. 2. Boeing 747-8:

The total length of this aircraft is a  bit more than 76 meters from its nose to tail which makes it 'The World's Largest Passenger Plane'. The new model of Boeing is developed from the old model 747. It is designed with present technologies and streamlining. Its technology is a bit different having a different engine and raised wings which helps to reduce noise pollution as well as harmful emissions while flying. It performs better and is also light in weight, it also easy to maintain. The model used for passengers can transport 467-581 passengers at a time which depends on some specific characteristics. INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY CODE 2016

INTRODUCTION:

The insolvency and bankruptcy code, 2016 is a major economic reform, has been initiated by Government of India in 2015. There were Multiple overlapping laws and adjudicating authorities dealing in financial failure and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals. The existing laws were not aligned with market realities and were inadequate. To overcome these difficulties and to make easy and time bound resolution of insolvency s strong bankruptcy law is required. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2015 was introduced in Lok Sabha on  21 December 2015 and which was referred by Lok Sabha to Joint Committee of Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016. The joint committee made its recommendations in modified bill and finally bill was passed by both houses of Parliament in May 2016 as INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY CODE,2016.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY:

Insolvency is a state where liabilities exceeds assets i.e. having insufficient assets to meet out liabilities. Whereas Bankruptcy is a conclusion where application has been filed to adjudicating authority declaring insolvent and seeking to be declared as bankrupt. All Bankruptcies are always insolvent but All insolvencies may not be bankrupt.

PURPOSE OF THIS CODE:

1. The preamble of this code lays down following purposes: - 2. To Promote Entrepreneurship 3. To Consolidate and amend laws relating to reorganization and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, individuals and partnership firms. 4. To fix time of resolution of insolvency in a time bound manner. 5. To increase availability of credit. 6. To balance interest of all stakeholders including alteration in the order of priority of payment of Government dues. 7. To maximize value of assets of interested persons. 8. To establish a board as INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY CODE, 2016 BOARD for regulating insolvency  and bankruptcy resolution.

BASIC FEATURES OF THIS LAW:

1. ONE WINDOW CLEARANCE : The Code has been drafted to provide one window clearance to the applicant whereby he gets the appropriate relief by the same authority unlike the earlier position of law wherein case the company is not able to revive the procedure for winding up and liquidation, has to be initiated under separate laws governed by separate authorities. 2. COMPREHENSIVE LAW : Insolvency Code is a comprehensive law which envisages and regulates the process of insolvency and bankruptcy of all persons including corporates, partnerships, LLPs and individuals. 3. ONE CHAIN OF AUTHORITY : There is one chain of authority under the Code. It does not even allow the Civil Courts to interfere with the application pending before the adjudicating authority, thereby reducing the multiplicity of litigations. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) will adjudicate insolvency resolution for companies. The Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) will adjudicate insolvency resolution for individuals. 4. WITHERING AWAY MULTIPLICITY OF LAWS : The Code has withered away the multiple laws covering the recovery of debts and insolvency and liquidation process and presents singular platform for all the reliefs relating to recovery of debts and insolvency. 5. PROTECTS THE INTEREST OF WORKMEN DUES AND EMPLOYEES : The Code also protects the interests of workman and employees. It excludes dues payable to workmen under provident fund, pension fund and gratuity fund from the debtor’s assets during liquidation. 6. NEW REGULATORY AUTHORITY : It provides for constitution of a new regulatory authority, ‘Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India’ to regulate professionals, agencies and information utilities engaged in resolution of insolvencies of companies, partnership firms and individuals. The Board has already been established and has started functioning. 7. LOW TIME RESOLUTION : The Code provides a low time resolution and defines fixed time frames for insolvency resolution of companies and individuals. The process is mandated to be completed within 180 days, extendable by maximum of 90 days. Further, for a speedier process there is provision for fast track resolution of corporate insolvency within 90 days. If insolvency cannot be resolved, the assets of the borrowers may be sold to repay creditors 8. ESTABLISHMENT OF INFORMATION UTILITIES (IUs) : A unique feature of code is establishment of Information Utilities (IUs) which are intended to function as a databank to collect, collate and disseminate financial information and to facilitate insolvency resolution. It is envisioned that in the long run, IUs will have data on debts and credits of all the business houses and it will be able to create an automatic trigger in case of default by any debtor and the authority may initiate the insolvency process as required. Such a system will reduce the risk of credit in the economy. 9. CLARITY IN PROCESS: There is a clear and unambiguous process to be followed by all stakeholders. DIR-3 eKYC - KYC mandatory for all Directors

DIR-3 eKYC - KYC mandatory for all Directors

The MCA has recently notified that it is going to be mandatory for all the Directors of all the companies to furnish their KYC (Know Your Customer) for verification through a new eForm DIR-3 KYC. By filing DIR-3 eKYC form, the Director would have to provide their unique personal mobile number and personal email address which would both be verified with an OTP code.

Notification issued by MCA:

The extract MCA notification with respect to the implementation of DIR-3 eKYC form is given below for reference: “As part of updating its registry, MCA would be conducting KYC of all Directors of all companies annually through a new eform viz. DIR-3 KYC to be notified and deployed shortly. Accordingly, every Director who has been allotted DIN on or before 31st March, 2018 and whose DIN is in ‘Approved’ status, would be mandatory required to file form DIR-3 KYC on or before 31st August, 2018. While filing the form, the Unique Personal Mobile Number and Personal Email ID would have to be mandatory indicated and would be duly verified by One Time Password (OTP). The form should be filed by every Director using his own DSC and should be duly certified by a practicing professional (CA/CS/CMA). Filing of DIR-3 KYC would be mandatory for Disqualified Directors also. After expiry of the due date by which the KYC form is to be filed, the MCA21 system will mark all approved DINs (allotted on or before 31st March 2018) against which DIR-3 KYC form has not been filed as ‘Deactivated’ with reason as ‘Non-filing of DIR-3 KYC’. After the due date filing of DIR-3 KYC in respect of such deactivated DINs shall be allowed upon payment of a specified fee only, without prejudice to any other action that may be taken.”

Procedure of Filing DIR-3 eKYC form:

This DIR-3 eKYC form would have to be filed by all Directors who have been allotted a DIN on or before 31st March 2018. The date for allotment of DIN can be verified from the letter provided by MCA at the time of allotment of DIN. Procedure of Filing DIR-3 eKYC form is as follows: First of all download the latest DIR-3 KYC form from here. You can download the lastest DIR-3 KYC along with instruction Kit from here. 1. Enter Name of Director as per PAN database 2. Enter Father’ Name (Married woman must also mention her father’s name) 3. Enter Nationality, Date of Birth, Income Tax PAN 4. Select whether do you have a Passport? If Yes, enter passport number and attach copy of passport 5. Enter Aadhaar Number and attach copy of Aadhaar card 6. Enter Personal Mobile No and Email Id 7. Enter Permanent residential address and present residential address 8. Compulsory Attachments: • Proof of Permanent residential address – Aadhaar Can be used • Copy of Aadhaar Card • Copy of Passport – If Having • Proof of Present residential address – If different from permanent address The above attachments must be self-certified by concerned DIN holder and also attested by professionals’ along with his signature and membership number. After affixing DSC of Concerned Director and Practicing Professional (CS/CA/CWA), Pre-scrutinize the form, and then click on ‘Send OTP’ button. Please note that OTP can be successfully sent to the mobile number and email ID against one form, for a maximum of 10 times in one day and twice in a span of 30 minutes. Once, OTP received on both mobile number and email id, enter the both OTPs and click on verify OTP button. After verification, file the form and save the acknowledgement. Due Date for filing DIR-3 eKYC or DIN eKYC:

31st August 2018 has been set as the due date for filing DIR-3 eKYC form by the MCA. If DIN eKYC is not conducted on or before the due date, the MCA system will automatically deactivate those DINs for for non-filing of the form. In such cases, the system will show the message that DIN was deactivated for ‘Non-filing of DIR-3 KYC’. Such deactivated DINs can be reactivated by paying a nominal penalty (to be announced) and by filing DIR-3 eKYC form.

Difference between DIR-3 and DIR-3 KYC:

Form DIR-3 and DIR-3 eKYC will be separate forms: 1. What is DIR-3 :- DIR-3 form is applied for obtaining Director Identification Number. If any individual who is not an existing director and is intending to be appointed as the Director of an existing company would be required to file DIR-3 form to obtain DIN. In 2018, there are little changes in the process of  company incorporation. Now, DIR-3 form is not applicable for obtaining DIN during new company incorporation, as DIN is automatically issued under Spice Form. 2. What is DIR-3 eKYC :- DIR-3 eKYC form is different from DIR-3 form. This is because DIR-3 form is only used to generate DIN for the existing Directors only whereas DIR-3 eKYC form would be used to complete eKYC procedure thereon for each year. Further, it can be ascertained from the MCA notification that DIR-3 eKYC form would have to be filed every year as the notification states “MCA would be conducting KYC of all Directors of all companies annually through a new eForm viz. & Why the Indian fitness industry is a rookie in handling it! In the middle of 1950s, Joe Weider introduced the modern system of bodybuilding and from then, that system has changed the people’s approach to fitness on a global scale. This became even more famous after the competitions of Mr.Olympia series came to existence and the movement has helped in shaping the society and the youth in particular. But is this hype too much and are we, Indians unable to understand the pros and cons of the business that is involved in this movement?

Before getting into the core, there is something which should be discussed and it is called visual perception. An important aspect in the field of psychology, the concern that people have to improve their physical appearance has drastically increased from the 21st century and it is not the models who try makeup, plays with their fashion and maintain a decent physique, every average individual indulges in it as well. The best part of the trend is that this was not gender partial and both men and women were exposed to his growing movement. This phenomenon has been firmly planted in the minds of the people, by the constant importance given in movies with the actors rocking six pack abs and big arms and thereby creating the need to look like a model on instagram to get the extra likes and instantly become famous overnight. But it seems as if the world has gone too ridiculous ever since the fitness industry has witnessed this exponential growth. All thanks to the trends that follow each year and a growing number of individual image consultants across the globe that has made this possible and this is certainly a good thing, in handling certain ground issues where rules and laws cannot accurately regulate. There has been a drastic reduction in the number of teenagers who smoke in any form and not to mention the abstinence from drugs which are on the positive side of the graph. But has the abstinence from drugs like cocaine and heroin, created a new form of addiction to anabolic steroids and did we forgot the idea of balanced diets and the knowledge about our macro and micro nutrients? The enormous growth of protein supplements in various forms like whey protein, mass gainers, whey isolates, whey concentrates and the list goes on, is the definite evidence that any craze can end in a disaster. People have become compelled to buy such form of protein, which in most cases are good, but as we have a poor customer mindset, we forget the daily recommendations, the warnings and cautions, the list of ingredients that are used and definitely an advice from a medical practitioner. Authenticity becomes an issue as adulterants for these products are easily available in the market itself, and the hunger to compete in the market, brings in fake brands and also cause serious damage to some authentic names which may provide a genuine product. This carelessness becomes even more dangerous when people start to experiment themselves with the use of anabolic steroids and the use of creatine on a daily basis which could prove detrimental.

There are many who have sabotaged their natural health by not listening to their body’s rhythm and underestimating the innate potential of their testosterone. Anybody can become Hrithik Roshan or Thakur Anoop Singh or Prabhas or Suriya to have eye catching and jaw dropping physique if they put in the effort and gave the attention to it, but the first question that one has to ask to themselves is, is it really necessary? And the second is that, is fitness going to be a part of their life or is fitness going to be their way of life? The actors and models on screen have to maintain that body because their profession demands it but does a businessperson need that? Does a college student or a regular nine-to-five employee need that? Most fitness centers and gyms do not provide a proper profile or a plan for the average individual who approaches a gym and the problem is this exists in the entire country. They project the images of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kai Greene, Jay Cutler and Ulisses to name a few as the goal to achieve in their fitness journey where in reality, that journey would require a lifetime and are unattainable without the use of anabolic steroids and there the pressure is introduced and the young teen is either forced or misled to the use of steroids, which is not progressive and is nothing but a modified form of drug abuse. The concept of a balanced diet, regular physical exercise or training and the significance of macro and micro nutrients in their diet are essential and also more than enough for a regular individual who does not want to get on stage to pose and would rather want to study or do business or some other job. Prior knowledge about the products and supplements must be mandatory and should be taken from a doctor or a nutritionist, so that the fitness industry can be re-shaped to a trustworthy platform for every young mind.

Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X

Royal Enfield saw a need in the market for an urban cruiser, and this is the result: the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X. It gets a similar driveline as the regular Thunderbird 350, but there are a few changes. One, it is available in bright, single-tone colours in the same vein as the Classic Redditch series. The 350X is available in red or white. The handlebar is a flatter, wider one, which should help with maneuverability in the city. It gets all-black treatment, which extends to the alloy wheels.

Specifications:

This is the first time a Royal Enfield has been shipped with alloy wheels and tubeless tires from the factory. It gets the same 346cc carbureted single-cylinder air-cooled engine from the Thunderbird 350. It generates 19.8bhp and 28Nm and transmits it via a five-speed gearbox. The wheels are a 19-inch front and an 18-inch rear. There are disc brakes at both ends, with a 280mm front disc and a 240mm rear one. The seat of the Thunderbird 350X has been changed – it is a more modern-looking one. The rider’s seat is wider, and the pillion seat is smaller.

The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X competes with the likes of the UM Renegade Sports S and Bajaj Dominar 400 directly.  Bikes like the Yamaha Fazer 25 also cater to a similar audience, although it is a different format of motorcycle.

The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X is a some what different and a new machine from the typical Enfield line-up.Its a redesigned bike with some tweaks for the youngsters. Yes, it is doing great and it will do great in the market but the problem is the same its still behind its competitors. There are no new meter designs, each and everything is taken from the old Thunderbird 350. As per the price its a little bit expensive and the worst thing is that of the booking. The bike is simply not available in the market. The booking time is approx. 2 months. So, at last i would say that it is good bike but it is not for everyone out there.
