false alarm, i think i did really get it this time, heres some notes:
- nasu didnt plant the books about ushio's condition for gero, it was originally for himself to read
- he confessed to only the second arcs, not the firsts
- he did background checks on all of them, its how he learned about akakura's lineage but also to study how to make ureshino and himekawa's 2arcs
- he started planning only after teruaki's attack (the build up [lack of one] after that was ass but okay)
im still unsure if he was planning something for ushio, kimie and himi before the prison intermission, like if he at least was trying to, himi he admits he had to improvise so he went straight for the capture but kimie and ushio technically were free for the short period before kimie learned about gero's whereabouts, was it just too short notice for him to get them? didnt he supposedly have way more people working for him? couldnt they capture the two while he head to himi?
the pebble in my shoe continues to be that fucking guy, by nasu's mention of "role" its implied he employed kino to lead gero to a certain number of women, nothing more, and the meddling comments come from him getting way closer than what the contract requested, like the trial dates, gero wasnt supposed to learn how to socialize with women bc they were going to be dollfied to his needs anyways, but with all that said, this fucks up the timeline. did nasu employ him before teruaki's attack? after? maybe even during it? is the heart even actually related to him or is this another coincidence (nasu is practically the coincidence user) hes taking advantage of?
a lot of things before teruaki showed up indicated we were stopping at 3 girls (the girl at the love advice event being encouraged to threetime right after gero officialized his third love interest, the "i want to be better for them" by gero screams <the end> even tho theres 3 more girls to come, kinosaki's tiring "while im here" start only after teruaki is introduced) so it could be that the deal by nasu was made in this specific period during teruaki's attack to extend the number of women so thats why kinosaki's behavior changes like hes doing extra work only after the encounter, but then kinosaki was already talking about dying before nasu even entered the picture ... im going way too canon compliant here lets spicy things up, the heart is more gero's fault than nasu's. his heart got considerably weakened by gero's poison from chap1 and since at the time gero wasnt aware of the kinosakis heart records he couldnt account for side effects or a possible necessary change in composition of the antidote, poisoned heart is back on the table, it has nothing to do with nasu its just one big coincidence that goes in his favor
in conclusion? subscribe to agendatoxin everything is gero's fault /joke
i can finally rest, i have no more reason to talk about the character that i hate, this is my final take on the matter (ironically i went full circle to my first theory lmao)
this has been a theory, a pneu theory, like and subscribe
