Harley was making sure her hideout was looking top notch, for her new “recruit” if you would even call it that. Though she definitely made sure to have adoption papers near by just in case.
Each room was cleaned, the training area had stacked water bottles, mats, dummies to train with, and training gear and weapons. She made sure the showers were working properly.
Honestly, her hideout looked more like a home rather than a hideout, but she wanted to make it feel safe for her people. Each member had their own room, including a door of course, a change of clothes, a nice bed, etc.
She was surprised when she first started to make her hideout, she worked from ground zero, from leaving the joker, but some of her thugs stayed with her, and she had new ones come along and help build it.
Harley was humming a tune, before she heard footsteps. She looked at the security camera, that she definitely stole somewhere, and it was anarky. Right on time! She made sure everything looked ok, before rushing towards the door, almost tripping but she was fine.
“You actually came- that’s a surprise! But, welcome. Make yourself at home. Usually I start dinner around 3. So you’ll have time to take a breather. Any allergies?”
Lonnie was lonely. He wouldn’t admit that, he’s far to independent and proud to do that, but he really was. All he had recently was Yap, who was currently on a leash by his side, excitedly making his way towards Harley to meet the new person.
He needed to be around someone or he’d go crazier than he already is, and Harley had offered so…here he was. He was a bit worried, he still certainly disagreed with a lot of her methods, but she seemed nice enough. Maybe he could guide her away from killing eventually.
“Nah, I don’t. Thank you for inviting me, really. Where will I be staying?”
