what if nandor actually knows guillermo is a vampire but has been pretending to be oblivious to keep both guillermo and himself alive. After all, if he doesn’t know about guillermo’s secret he doesn’t have to do anything about it.

i haven't seen anyone talking about this and i feel like i'm going crazy! when nandor goes to get drinks and goes "blood for the vampires, and a flat pepsi for guillermo"... nandor toasts. as he drinks his, he says "oh that's sweet." now he could absolutely be referring to guillermo and the baron shaking hands... but when the baron pulls guillermo aside we hear a stomach gurgling sound effect?? did nandor swap his & guillermo's drinks to see if guillermo would drink the blood-- and he did with no reaction?? nandor would've vomited though... idk but the sound effect is driving me wild. someone smarter than me help.
