Recently, I've opened bottles that I've aged and surprisingly, they held up well. This one is exciting b/c it's from the first winemaker tasting I attended at the shop I launched my wine career. I'm sharing this for those interested in aging their wine but do not have a cellar or cooler yet. Select a cool area to keep your wines on their side, in minimum light and movement with moderate humidity. I chose the back of my closet. Also, make sure the vintage & winery quality are worth aging. Wine: '09 Stylo Garnacha Old Vines (Spain) Winemaker: forgot his name but he signed the bottle ☺️ #garnacha
