Betty wasn’t particularly in the party mood, if she was being quite honest. But how could she ever say no to Veronica inviting her for the time at the Lodge? So she showed up, and mostly hung around picking at the food that was scattered across a long table. And working on her third of forth drink, she couldn’t remember, she had lost count at this point. But she was starting to feel it. Betty found herself in front of the make shift stage, watching as her fellow friends and acquaintances took the stage to sing karaoke. “You know,” she started, hearing her words starting to slur just a bit from the alcohol. “I didn’t know they could sing that good. I’m impressed.”Â
wicked lips curve at the other’s remark and sabrina’s aphotic eyes etch over the blonde’s features in amusement. “ that’s the great thing about karaoke , it’s always full of surprises. you could open a pandora’s box and almost everyone passes the vibe check. you look stunning , i don’t think i’ve ever seen you dress up unless it was prom night. “ sabrina smiled as she joined her side. “ how about we sing together ? you know , knock that middle school incident out of the park. what do you say ? for old times sake ? “Â
