🧸💗 It’s Okay To… | Age Regression Edition 💗🧸
🌈 It’s okay to take a break.
Sometimes your brain and heart need a moment to rest. You are not lazy or weak for needing time to reset. Rest is productive, too.
🌧 It’s okay to have a bad day.
Even on the tough days, you are still valid, still loved, still enough. Regression might feel harder sometimes—and that’s not your fault.
🍼 It’s okay to be little.
Whether you’re 3 or 13 in your headspace—whether you use pacis or just like soft cartoons—it’s your space, and it’s beautiful. You’re allowed to be soft. You’re allowed to regress without shame.
To people. To responsibilities. To anything that doesn’t feel safe. Your comfort and boundaries matter—even in headspace. You never have to explain yourself to anyone who doesn’t respect you.
🌷 It’s okay if you don’t have a caregiver.
You’re still a valid little. You’re still worthy of care and love—especially from yourself.
🎨 It’s okay if your regression doesn’t look like anyone else’s.
Some regress to color. Some regress to nap. Some talk baby talk, some don’t. Some need stuffies, some just want quiet. It’s all okay. There’s no “wrong” way to be little.
💌 It’s okay to be healing.
You’re not broken. You’re growing. And sometimes that growth looks like coloring outside the lines, needing extra cuddles, or crying over small things. You’re allowed to feel it all.
🌟 It’s okay to exist exactly as you are right now.
No fixing, no hiding, no masking. You are enough, right here in this moment. Your regression is valid. Your softness is strength. You are safe here.
