I for real thought it was 4am. Turns out I only passed out for like an hour tops.
Welp.
Weight up to 99.6... I know I had soup but like.... Bro that's up almost 3lbs from AM
Whatever. Feel like I just need to accept this 95-97 range as my new plateau

Okay well normal people also don't have a BMR on the fucking floor of 1000 .... Soooooo
And like, I've had people try to say no way my BMR is actually that low but okay well,
renpho reads bmr around 1100
Samsung reads bmr around 1000.
Samsung says my step burn is ~600
Samsung says my total burn is ~1500
That's the math man. 600 step burn + 1000bmr = 1600 total burn, basically what Samsung is also estimating. Like... That's a handful of different measurements being calculated and all coming out to my BMR being about 1000....
Yet again stressing how absolute minimal muscle mass I have. Muscle burns more calories. I have no muscle.
