Well my original plan was to order my groceries today but now it's 5:00 p.m. and I hate ordering that late because I feel obligated to tip people more when the stores are going to be busy but the sales reset on Thursday morning so who knows if my stuff is still going to be on sale

My phone case gets here tomorrow but most likely I'm not going to be using my phone much so I'm not going to be online a lot because I can't be trusted with a naked phone.

My dad left to go on a 4 hour bike ride so I'm free to pace more aggressively now. Once my laundry finishes in 30min I'm going home. Fucking wasted gas driving out here 🙄 at least my dad gave me a gas card he had so I can fill up with that on the way home.

Bro fuck UPS. They said by 1pm. I hadn't gotten an update text so I checked the tracking number and now it says delivery by 9pm and it's not even out for delivery yet. Bro it's already annoying as fuck when they change the delivery time but when you require a fucking signature at delivery that's fucked. Or they could have at least sent me an update text that it's now coming 8 hours later?!

I forgot my protein bar and I'm getting hungry so I'm having pretzels but I checked the label after grabbing them and they're 2x the calories of the ones I normally buy!? What the fuck man.

My dad also asked me if I wanna make money helping him put flyers for the business in mailboxes around town so I'm gonna do that even if it costs me some steps but it's noon and I'm at 17k rn so I think it's fine.

I'm going to also bring one of my protein bars with me to my mom's house to try to keep me from inhaling all the sweets and treats they have in the house.

Also filling my 32oz water bottle to the brim because my parents have well water at their house and it tastes like ass no matter how many filters they have in the system.

I remember when they came to visit my first apartment and my sister asked for water she was so amazed how my water tasted because she had only grown up in a city with well water 😂 she was like wait it tastes like a water bottle but it's from your sink?

anyway I checked with at&t and their Internet is already cheaper than what I'm paying and their posted lifeline reduced pricing is $20 less than spectrum.... At&t used to not be available at my address but looks like it is now so shit. I might as well switch anyway? I chatted with their support team and they verified they accept the program.

I said I wouldn't tell my new psychiatrist about my DID dx because you never know their belief on it and not wanting that judgment from him. And because there's no medication that treats DID, just medications that treat the other symptoms that come with associated dx.

Hmm. So how do I explain this to the new psychiatrist and it's relationship to my likelihood of increased episodes the next few months without mentioning DID…. I did kinda forgot to even bring up general dissociation symptoms on the first appointment and I can't remember if I filled out an ACE’s assessment with the intake forms…

Finally applied and approved for low income Internet assistance. Ive been on government assistance since 2019... Why did I wait so long? Well you see, avoidance 😂 I have to wait until spectrum open customer service opens for today then call.

We shall see how much it drops my bill which is currently $60

Anyone else who is on SNAP, Medicaid , SSDI, survivor benefits (I think it applies too) should check if your Internet provider participates in LifeLine program and apply.
