I like to read and space and rain and green and friends and movies and sci-fi and fantasy, and I'm writing a lot of 'and's' and I love to draw and paint, and I like to make pins and I should probably post some of them here right? And fruit and candles and coats oh God I love coats don't own any because they're expensive, but I love them so much, and now I'm just rambling and flowers and suspenders and vintage but all types of vintage and dark academia/cottage core is my aesthetic and yes and blue aaaaa blue the colour of sunset and I love wordplay and puns, so I love The Phantom Tollbooth and it's so annoying when ao3 doesn't work, and I play the piano sometimes when I practice, and I love musical theatre and there's this even I want to ramble about but not here because here is the "get to know me" post so yeah...

Apparently Eva Stratt at the end of the movie on the ship had a prison tattoo on her neck that meant something along the lines of "life without parole." So, parallel to Grace and Rocky's adventure, there was a whole subplot where Eva Stratt

- Was eventually trialed by governments of the world as a scapegoat and sent to prison

- She somehow BROKE out of said prison and currently commandeers a rogue paramilitary faction of Project Hail Mary loyalists who believe in her over world governments, who presumably are still hunting her down

- She currently is on the run and staying mobile on an ice breaker ship like some kind of james bond villain base (but you know, good) while STILL working on project hail mary the whole time

- Her rogue loyalist faction controlled enough resources they could go to space and collect the beetles Grace had sent. Alternatively, it was the world government that collected the beetles, and Stratt had a whole ass heist movie to steal them, which is why she had the little xenonite figure at the end of the movie. Either ways she was running circles around them.

What’s this? A Barricade Day work by Far that contains absolutely no barricades, no fighting scenes or muskets, no people dying…. in fact, not a single person in sight? Well, I decided to be saintly merciful good this year. I mean, there’s no way I could possibly give anybody case of The Sads if I don’t draw anybody, much less anyone dying a horrible, painful death, right??? >:D

The other day I was surfing the internet and I found this specialized painting colour wheel, it shows how real paint colours relate to each other. 

Outside: the purest/brightest colours.

Inside: naturally muted or earthy colors, like browns and ochres.

The Center: dark neutral tones used for mixing shadows.

The Lines: the lines connect colors that are opposites, if you mix them you neutralize the tone creating clean grays or browns instead of muddy puddles.

I want to share this with you because I think it is really illustrative!

for the final project in my riso & letterpress class i created an artist's book about the last few weeks of my final semester at school! there was this very special collision of the artemis II mission, watching project hail mary, and spending time with my friends that gave me some really precious memories that ill treasure forever :)
