“I don’t,” Harley admitted, feeling like maybe he stuck out like a sore thumb. Not that that really bothered him, though. “I’m more of a local raunchy drag show night club kind of guy,” He added, sipping on his own drink in between sentences. “You’re the DJ, right?” He asked out of curiosity, and as a conversation holder. 

xavier definitely didn’t expect what came out of the others mouth next but due to his calm and chill persona, he didn’t give too much of a reaction. “drag show, huh? i’ll have to admit, i’ve never been to one,but that’s cool. what made you come here tonight?” he asked, curiously, eyes remaining on the other. he nods in reply, “yep, that’s me, xavier, or my dj name... x marks the spot.” he offers his hand.

Harley didn’t usually go to clubs like this, but some of his work friends managed to coerce him out. He was more of a strict gay club kind of guy, since usually settings with mostly straight people tended to bother him since the culture was kind of different, even though he was bi. But they mentioned a good dj and offered to buy him some drinks, so he had obliged. “Hey,” He replied, giving a small lift of his drink. “Decent, how about you?”

Xavier liked to mingle with the clubgoers, especially because he was very observant and liked to know who was around him at all times so of course he started a random conversation with a stranger. He couldn’t help but notice it was a cute stranger. “You don’t look like you come to places like this often,” he chuckles a bit and brings his glass to his lips. “Pretty good,” he nods and takes a sip.

“I’m good, how are you? That was a really great set by the way! Consider me impressed,” Dash enthused. Sometimes they got people in here who look like they’d never seen a turntable before or who played the same 7 songs all night long. “What are you drinking?”

xavier had a lot of layers to him. he could be mysterious and vague or he could be quite social, it just depended on the setting and company really. it was right after his set so he was feeling pretty hyped up. “thanks, i’m really good,” he nods and takes a sip of his drink, licking his lips. “gin and tonic,” he answers, “i’ve seen you in here before, i’m xavier,” he offers his hand.

xavier had just finished his dj set when he made his way to the club’s bar, the bartended sliding him his usual drink. he looked over at the person sitting near him and gives a light nod, “hey, hows it going?”
