Here is my third practice at drawing anime eyes!

Ironically, I watched a how to draw video for learning how to draw male anime eyes (That was also in Japanese because I knew there would be other how to draw tutorials that aren't in English. Yes, I went with a Japanese video because anime is animation that came from Japan), but because I didn't know the difference between male and female anime eyes, I went with the first tutorial the video showed, which was how to draw a female anime eye. Nonetheless, I liked how this turned out! The tutorial video will be linked in the description.

I also wanted to add two more details by using Sailor Moon's eyes to add on to the iris and using an anime eyebrows reference sheet to add an eyebrow.

I wanted to continue my journey to practice drawing anime eyes, so I did a second practice to learn how to draw anime eyes. So far, I liked to draw female anime eyes because I'm more familiar with female characters and femininity as a girl, but I'm also looking forward to look into male characters and masculinity to try to balance out this gender preference. For my third practice, I will be practicing to draw a male anime eye.

📝 DISCLAIMER: I'm clearly aware about the controversies and drama revolving around the Vocaloid song, "Osiris Dance." But in my opinion, I don't find anything problematic witn the song and the way the internet reacted was just a classic case of cancel-culture and an overreaction. Therefore, I actually personally like Osiris Dance and I don't have anything against it.

After listening to "Osiris Dance" a lot of times, I got the idea to draw Four from Battle for Dream Island wearing clothing similar to what Kasane Teto wore in the same song. He wears the same wide armbands, bracelets and anklets, wears the same dress (or I would say a gown for Four), belt and tiara Kasane Teto wore. But he doesn't have the hair clips (because he has no hair), earrings (because he has no ears) or necklace (because I tried to make his outfit look more masculine or unisex). Unlike Teto's pastel color, Four has a pastel blue color for his clothing. The gown isn't actually completely white, it's white with a tiny hint of blue.

If this fanart gets popular enough (I'd say at least 2,000 views and 10 favorites), I'm going to do X next and have him have similar clothing to Hatsune Miku's outfit in "Osiris Dance." And soon I will use both X and Four in an animation meme for "Osiris Dance."
