[image id: a four-page comic. it is titled “immortality” after the poem by clare harner (more popularly known as “do not stand at my grave and weep”). the first page shows paleontologists digging up fossils at a dig. it reads, “do not stand at my grave and weep. i am not there. i do not sleep.” page two features several prehistoric creatures living in the wild. not featured but notable, each have modern descendants: horses, cetaceans, horsetail plants, and crocodilians. it reads, “i am a thousand winds that blow. i am the diamond glints on snow. i am the sunlight on ripened grain. i am the gentle autumn rain.” the third page shows archaeopteryx in the treetops and the skies, then a modern museum-goer reading the placard on a fossil display. it reads, “when you awaken in the morning’s hush, i am the swift uplifting rush, of quiet birds in circled flight. i am the soft stars that shine at night. do not stand at my grave and cry.” the fourth page shows a chicken in a field. it reads, “i am not there. i did not die” / end id]

Felt like doing the Barbie movie meme but with my favorite gay crime couple, Tielara and Bubbles.
Compilation of the various creatures that call Everdawn home.
The warlock, Sylvie, once tricked the demon princess, Lilith, into becoming their servant by winning her heart. Ever since, the two have been bound together by love and hate.

Last in the series for now of Everdawn creatures. Pictured here is a Mothcat, a very popular pet among Mothkin. You can also catch a glimpse of the "dark" side of Everdawn, which actually isn't that dark, thanks to the second sun in the solar system. However, this sun is much further away than the one Everdawn actually orbits, so it doesn't provide a lot of warmth. Regardless, this still means that instead of eternal night, the far side of Everdawn will experience days and nights that each last about half the length of a single orbital period. You can also see that a majority of plant life on this side of the planet is black so that it can absorb as much sunlight as possible.
Got another sketch done of a creature from Everdawn. This is the Flowerstalker, the largest terrestrial animal on the planet. They're at around the height limit of what their body plan allows for, but they're able to circumvent this limitation by using an extremely long prehensile proboscis to feed from the very tallest trees in the canopy. To make it easier for their proboscis to reach up in this manner, their mandibles have also migrated to the top of their head, as if it were backwards and upside-down.
Yet another sketch of an Everdawn creature. This is the largest animal on the planet, the Abyssal Sailcrest. They're a deep-sea filter feeder that uses their sticky bioluminescent antennae to lure in prey and trap it. Once they've caught enough, they'll groom their antennae with their mandibles, eating anything trapped on it in the process.
Another sketch of an Everdawn creature. Pictured here is the Skyscorcher, the largest terrestrial predator on the entire planet. They have have an extremely wide range spanning across most of the planet aside from solar and penumbral poles themselves. The Skyscorcher pictured here is at the sunny side of Everdawn, where the flora is dominated by Snowthorn spikes, Coral grass, and Megashades. The Skyscorcher also does not get its name simply from the color of its wings. It's actually naturally capable of using fire magic, much like Red-eyed Mothkin. It typically uses this ability for intimidation and for warding off rival Skyscorchers.
Been making some sketches of what life on Everdawn is like. Here's a Megagrub, a caterpillar-like animal that has forgone its ability to metamorphosize in order to reach huge elephant-like sizes. Mothkin have domesticated these animals in order to harvest their honeydew and silk. Interestingly, the Megagrubs have developed a behavior in which they chew up limestone with their powerful mandibles and mix it with their silk in order to create a primitive form of Silkstone. Silkstone being a concrete-like substance that uses silk to reinforce its structure, and Megagrubs will use it to aid in the construction of their massive burrow networks and build walls around their grazing grounds.

Here's the first set of sprites I did for Infinite Fusion. Basically the whole Volcarona/Cradily line.
