“I think our friend Will was just like okay how damn dramatic can I get here?” Lock commented, giving a small smile, “Go to like, London, Paris, Rome, the place with the canoes….Venice!” he finally remembered the name of the city he was thinking of, laughing. Something not many knew behind Lock’s usual demeanor was that he was educated, and knew Shakespeare despite forgetting names sometimes. 

“If only he were still around today to see what’s become of his work,” she laughed, “It’s not all grand, but I think a lot of good has become of it.” Aphrodite herself had been a bit of a theatre nerd outside of her degree in wildlife science. “Oh, I’d love to go to Venice! or anywhere in Italy really, or just Europe..”

“Exactly!” Aphrodite exclaimed, over-exaggerating her reply, tossing her head back and all. “It was all miscommunication, too, with the whole ‘I’m gonna pretend to be dead and not even think of the fact that you might actually think I’m dead and really kill yourself, resulting in me having to kill myself as well’ thing. It’s a bit dramatic if you ask me, but to each their own, I suppose.” she shook her head with a short laugh. “Like you said, just elope and run away to a tropical island or foreign country, or little town in Montana or something, there are so many better options.”

OOC: I apologize for not being around guys, everyone at my work decided to go on vacation at once and I had to cover everyones shifts. I am off today at least, before working three more days and after that I am hoping to be around more. This goes for all my guys not just Banzai.  Now maybe things will settle down and I can be around again.

“Romeo and Juliet is the worst excuse for a love story.” Aphrodite replied, overhearing the guy’s rant as she walked into the room. “Like, whoever thought that Shakespeare wanted us to put Romeo and Juliet’s name into songs about love stories, cough Taylor Swift, was so demented, honestly.”

Lock broke into a laugh, “I mean they could’ve made it but they did it all wrong, just fucking elope, it’s easy, everyone does it, don’t just like...” he mimicked the knife thing, his tongue hanging out of the side of his mouth, “That’s just dumb, and you don’t know where you’re gonna go after that or what, depending on what you believe,”

Potting soil was strewn about from the numerous times he’d hit them, the plants were fine, clearly pulled out of their rotund pots and set beside the “alley” in what looked like bed pans with water.

“Of what shitty internet connection? Because dayum,” Lock said, pouring another pancake into the pan. Of all the things he knew how to cook, pancakes was one that he didn’t just make up a weird recipe for, “I suppose I can share these ambrosia cakes…if you say please,”

“Don’t be rude, please feed me ambrosia cakes.” Benji tasted a bit of the pancake batter and nodded. “Benjamin Clawhauser approved.”

“Really? Wait, okay, I have so many questions. Firstly, what is a fluffycooler? Is that literally a fluffy cooler? Secondly, how come you’ve been here so long? Don’t you ever wanna go back out there? Wait…Are you here because of your brother too? I-I mean, I’m here for my sister, so I can understand…”

“I think it’s Italian, I’m probably pronouncing it totally wrong,” Lock explained, “Mostly because I forget I have therapy sessions, and in here at least me and my brother are together, out there..not so much” then he shook his head, “I am here because sometimes I get really angry and it gets out of hand, I threw a radio at my roommates head in college,”
