The translator microbes are kind of insidious from the get-go. like ,, in destroying the language barrier debatably this is making the world more accessible, but the thing is it also means unless the translator microbes firmware doesn’t register that language (like with BALL) then you just you will never hear another language going forward. Like you only hear what YOU understand. No appreciating different translations or how different words sound in different languages again. No being able to learn a new language. Any language you don’t speak is dead to you.

people lose out on that cultural aspect of the world and it’s sort of… gentrifying the galaxy . It’s heading towards a singularity.

I suppose that is ideal for someone like Gurgula, and that in itself is pretty fucked.

I am jonathan x douglas truther because: he's the "hot" skrendel brother and more popular so it seems more likely that Douglas would also like him, and I think their personalities mesh the best in terms of chemistry esp as Jon seems to have the most bravado of the bunch when the skrendels are all on their own. I could see both of them genuinely liking each other to some extent, though I think Jonathan would fall first and be more honest abt his feelings. Even if the romance falls through, I think they would just like each other's company the most bc they're equally bombastic but Jonathan especially seems super social and like the sort of guy who would try to be bros with everyone.

Krubis is friendliest with Angela of all the Skrendels imo because Angie seems a bit more mellow / skittish. Jonathan talks too much smack and Mona is too grumpy, so both of them set Krubis off quickly.

I kind of see Mona as someone who gets overlooked/ forgotten at times because he's the one of the three who genuinely works the most in the lab and likewise not out as often as the other two. This means Giblets is most familiar with him.

Krubis and Douglas are frenemies. They fuck up each other's plans and hurt each other and push each other down the stairs but just can't stay mad at the other. Krubis does consider Douglas a bad influence when it comes to staying sober and in good standing with Garmantuous, so Doug tends to tease him for being boring

Garmantuous kind of wants to throw Douglas up at the ceiling like a sticky hand and wait for him to fall down. but Douglas also cracks him up sooo he can't kill the guy just yet. Douglas loves and hates working underneath him. He doesn't like being bossed around and watched, but adores having a boss who pays him to be himself and kill and torture people.

Ah. Krubis and Giblets. Yes you are seeing that red line correctly. I'm a big sucker for butch Krubis + genderfluid/transfem Giblets so make no mistake this is toxic yuri in my heart. Giblets does crush + obsess over many people, mainly out of loneliness and jealousy for their "normal" lives... and beyond wanting Krubis's wife for himself to play hero and out of some infatuation with her, I imagine it is partially also that Giblets might have gotten in their head that Krubis was choosing to focus on a crummy marriage over their friendship (more hcs that these two were actually kinda chummy for a while yeayyy) and in a sense that there was likely a crush that Giblets did not admit to or realize. and that crush may or may not have been mutual. Giblets would say yes and Krubis would say "what the FUCK are you talking about?"

Krubis though... something something hate and love are not opposites something something gay as fuck to have a nemesis something something grizzled middle aged butch with nothing left to lose salivating at the thought of killing the strange futchy scientist that ruined his life even though they used to be friends uhhh. uhhhhhh yeah. idk.

Aaaand yerp!! BPD Nipulon. He feels like he owes Garm his life in some aspects but often splits and their friendship is genuine but comes with many ups and downs. I... am admittedly blanking atm, but I like the idea of Nipulon secretly(?) feeling very attached to Garmantuous in their time together. Garm is fond of him but a lot of the time it seems like he doesn't gaf, so that is a point of conflict for them

i cant be bothered to get a higher quality image right now but i did draw suit-o just a little bit. i also have quite a few ideas for suit-o x reader fics but i havent even started those cos ive been workin on the douglis ones... only mentioning this because there is concept doodle stuff of one of those ideas here (that you cant even see because its too blurry <3)

nobody asked but long story short i have been in the process of moving/unpacking. and smoking a loooooooooooot of weed after a 2 year hiatus. so i dont have any art or writing to share really. i will soon get super baked and play high on life as the game is nearly finished installing. maybe if i finish my douglas x readers soon i will be brave enough to grace the world with them. peace and love on planet earth
