HEARING.

crickets and lightning bugs | car engines and a/c units | a phone call to mom / dad |laughing with friends | jokes that are so bad you have to laugh | the clicking of computer keys | noise canceling headphones | the sound of silence | muffled music from another room | drumming fingertips on a table | clicking of pens | listening to a clock and swearing the ticks get slower | ringing in the ears | the voice of someone you love | pitch shifted songs

Ok, I’m not a big fan of these kinds of posts, but lately, I’m becoming more and more disheartened so I need to know if you’re out there. 

Please reblog this post if you are willing to write with ‘un-shippable’ muses. 

I’m talking about those muses who are perhaps elderly, who are married/taken and not liable to affairs, muses who are asexual/aromantic, or even just muses whose muns don’t really want to ship. 

While I’m always happy that anyone would want to write with me, sadly, over time I have realised that my older/married/ace muses are very rarely (virtually never) requested. So please share this on your blog so that people know they can throw their muses at you who are not going to wind up in ships or with smut threads.

Now, the thing about wild @ivygrimfox‘s is that you gotta be careful to stay outta their field of vision.

Notice here how beautiful this specimen is. Note the luscious raven locks, and the black rose flower crown. That’s how you know she’s a real queen.

This particular @ivygrimfox seems to be in some sort of meditative trance…

I know! Let’s leave her a gift for when she awakens!
