Been working on this as if I was absorbed into canvas myself 😆again, it’s just a wip for now. I will take this time to express my thoughts about E33 ending.(Spoiler warning)

Verso’s ending does not sit right with me.

Throughout the whole story, there was never once imply that canvas world is fake. It IS real. Lumiere people can produce offspring, think independently, invent technology, develop their culture - even fight higher dimensional being and dispel them (E60 use their raw strength penetrating Aline’s barrier) all of that tells us they are REAL, ALIVE people.

The only plot hole I would slightly complain about, is giving painters almost god-like power - creating real humans by just stroke of brush. Which means, wiping the whole canvas isn’t a lot different from g******c*de. When you traverse the continent, seeing all those corpses and journals the previous expeditions left behind - were those all for nothing? There is literally no point for “those who come after”?

Verso does not deserve hate, no. But his action and decisions worth some serious questioning and criticism. Meanwhile, Maelle is a 16 year old who was traumatized and dismissed, she has lost so much. In her second 16 years life in canvas, she has found real, loving family who respect her autonomy, care for her wellbeing, wipe her iridescent tears like loving parents - robbing those away from her would not solve any problem. The way I see it, it will just further break her mentality.

For the reference, here is the rough pricing:

Half body of drawing a character(hips up): $250.

Whole body(head to toe) : Around $450, a free simple background is included as well.

Discount on secondary character.

Additionally, I can do scenery work too(like landscape), contact me for further discussion.

Depend on details of the character, elements of background, the price will usually fluctuates a bit. The quality of the piece will be like my usual public artwork. And the work time frame will be around 1-1.5 month, more or less depends on the complexity.
