For the past few months we've had the pleasure of using some camera equipment from Manfrotto. MKC3-H01 Compact Photo/Video Tripod - As far as compact tripods go, the H01 is light (2.54 lbs), compact, easy to use and incredibly versatile. With a unique photo-movie switch, you can jump back and forth between two settings to help you better shoot photos or a wider range of movement for video. At $67, it's a steal!

MKC3-P01 Compact Ball head Kit - The P01 is similar to the H01 except it folds up nearly 3" smaller (15" total length) and weighs in at 2.2 lbs. Because we're always on the go, this aluminium tripod with quick release legs is a great choice. MK394-H Photo/Movie Kit - This is the tripod that Jason has been using and it's perfect for DSLR cameras. It's not too heavy at 3.68 lbs, has a maximum height of 59" and can fold down to just 20". The photo/video head is designed well for precise video movements and at $112 it's extremely affordable.

MB SB390-5BB Veloce V Backpack - Available in 3 colors, the Veloce V Backpack is stylish, discreet and protects your expensive camera equipment without advertising it. With unique rear access, the contents of the backpack are secure against your body to prevent theft. What can you fit in it? A 15" laptop, a DSLR camera with a 70-200mm or similar lens attached plus room for 2-3 extra lenses, flash and accessories (LED, cards, cables etc). The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay provides medical services and counseling to deal with the trauma of sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, financial distress and suicide prevention. The Crisis Center provides free services to anyone dealing with these issues 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by dialing 2-1-1 on your phone or visiting Crisis Center of Tampa Bay online. Even if you aren't in the Tampa Bay area, dialing 2-1-1 will connect you to a crisis center in your region of the US.

The topics and situations that the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay helps with are things a lot of people don't have the strength to seek help for. Specialized trauma counseling and therapy is available for children, adults and families who have experienced abuse, domestic violence, recent loss of a loved one or any type of emotional trauma. Victims of sexual assault can find safety in the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay through advocacy, counseling and forensic examinations. Calling a crisis center shouldn't be a last resort. Especially with issues like suicide prevention, it's proven that suicide can be stopped simply by connecting people with one another. 

Financial hardships are hitting people and families more now than ever and the Crisis Center can help. The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is launching a new project called Every Cent Counts. The website is still under construction, but they have huge expectations for this project and its ability to help hundreds of people in need in the Tampa Bay area. You'll be able to read real stories of real people and contribute directly to a need or fund it completely and 100% of the donations will go directly to those in need. The idea behind the name “Every Cent Counts” is that contributions of any size can make a huge difference.

WOOOHOOOO! We're kicking off the 4th year of shirt wearing today. There are some fun additions and changes to IWYS in 2012:

We are selling 5 spots on every day. So you can choose if you want 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 5 Shirt Wearers on any given day.

My calendar ("Premium") is sold at $2 per day (Jan 1 is $2, Jan 2 is $4, Jan 3 is $6, Jan 4 is $8, etc)

The other 4 Shirt Wearers ("Standard") are sold at $1 per day (Jan 1 is $1 each, Jan 2 is $2 each, etc)

Every shirt wearer makes a YouTube video, Ustream live show, photos, tweets and Facebooks about your company.

If you have a Shirt Wearing Spot in your cart and someone else has the same spot as well, you may get kicked back to the calendar. This is simply the nature of our calendar and there's no way around it.

It is impossible to buy the same spot as someone else! (this was an issue last year)

We're offering two Options at checkout: Licensing Fee and Reporting Fee. Both of them are extremely affordable and a great addition to our daily shirt wearing.
