I just realized that the MTL of erha translates 海棠 as begonia, when it’s actually a crab apple flower. In earlier translations, it’s written as haitang. It’s really symbolic to ranwan’s relationship, so it makes me sad that people reading the MTL might not see the connection. It keeps coming up, so you’d probably notice that it’s the haitang anyways, but I think the translation is just wrong too. Correct me if my translation or knowledge of flowers is wrong, but begonia is 秋海棠, which is very similar to crab apple (海棠花), but I don’t think they’re the same thing.

So Rin is an actor that gets a role in a tv series as a secondary character, and there he finds his ex classmate, Haruka, who’s the protagonist of the series. Then humor and romance follows. It’s honestly very funny and pleasant to read. I’m sure you’ll love Rin <3
