got this pretty old seeming stoat taxidermy as a gift yesterday, he has the cutest expression i love him

the people who gifted me this also found a deer head and another deer's skeleton near their house so i got to take two heads home! the skeleton head is now soaking since it still has a bit of fur and skin on it. the fresh head i buried in my backyard, I'll dig her up after maybe a year or two? i don't know how long it takes for it to decompose, especially in a very sandy land.

At last, my graduation work 🌹 Now that was quite a complicated journey. Especially with the mirror 🥴 But now I'm officially a stained glass artist. Of a third rank, though, but that's only the beginning!

i really wanna draw, but my wrist makes it so difficult and painful. i haven't been able to work properly (i'm a welder lol) and it's really frustrating and makes me sad... i wish my wrist would heal, but the doctors say there's nothing wrong with it? it just hurts, and sometimes hurts so much i can't sleep. i'm so sad and frustrated and don't know what to do

people at work keep telling me i need to be open to other career choices, but welding is really the first thing that i'm actually really really interested in and motivated to do and learn. i do everything with my right hand and now it's often impossible to do anything with it. i hate that people keep telling me i'm never gonna be able to do the things i love again (drawing, painting, welding)
