Blog Rules and Guidelines

Hi everyone! Welcome to iwtvtarot. You may know me as home reader from @jambrainrot, and first things first - yes, I'm a jammer and while I want this to be primarily a Jam tarot blog, I'm also open to doing readings on the show itself and/or on other people involved in the show. I also want to preface this by saying that you shouldn't take tarot as fact. Everything I do on here is for entertainment only.

How to ask questions

I welcome anyone to ask questions about things relevant to the show and/or the people involved in it. If you want to ask a question, please:

be respectful

word your question as clearly as possible

try to avoid yes/no questions. They're a little too restrictive to give you much insight into the situation. I'm still going to answer these but they might be a bit tricky.

Questions I will not answer

anything discussing NSFW topics

anything regarding people outside of IWTV production (that includes partners of actors)

racist/homophobic/sexist/etc. asks

anything that includes personal information that is not available publicly

questions that I feel are sent with ill intent

Some general information on how tarot works

tarot does not tell you the future. It only tells you where you're heading if things continue the way they are

it is not magic. You can't interfere with anything in anyone's life by doing tarot

it does not tell you any specifics. Each card has a handful of slightly different interpretations based on the question asked

as there are multiple ways to interpret it, my interpretations may be subject to error, especially since I do not know these people. I can only interpret them to my best abilities with the knowledge of the context that I have

Some additional points I'd like to add:

I will block anyone who is rude and/or disrespectful, towards me or anyone else

I might decide not to answer a question for any other reason that is not listed, simply because I didn't think of it while writing the guidelines

on that same note, I will update the guidelines as needed

hi moon I was wondering if you and Sun discuss readings together and if you are picking up on the same things they do?

Hi! Yeah, we do sometimes. Just the other day we discussed a reading I did that I never posted because it was just for me to get a better grasp of the situation and the same cards definitely come up in both our readings (Tower reversed in particular). They don't always perfectly overlap though, which happens! I like to think of it as us getting two sides/angles of the same story, also because we sometimes interpret the cards a bit differently (both valid interpretations, I'm not saying one is better than the other! Every reader has their own intuition and their own experiences with what cards can mean, plus card meanings can differ slightly with different decks). But overall yes, our readings have been very similar in the past and the same cards definitely continue to pop up for both of us.

As for what I think of the current situation, it's mostly PR stuff. There's an image they want to present of themselves to the public while keeping certain aspects of their lives private. Maybe I should post my recent reading. It was very insightful to me.

Hi hi! Sure, in fact I did the montly PPF this morning so let me post that one :))

Past: 5 of Pentacles, 3 of Pentacles + The Fool

There's been a period of hardship for them. It's hard to say exactly what happened, and this might just be whatever happened at the end of last year still kind of present in their minds a bit, especially when we look at the 3oP+Fool combo. That to me looks like they tried to fix it properly and leave it behind for good, but then The Fool swooped in, and they kind of just went "whatever, it's fine" and let their emotions guide them instead of tackling it with logic.

Present: The Hermit, The World

I'm not gonna lie, it took me a while to get an idea of what this could mean. These cards feel very contradictory, but they're really not. It looks like they're taking a step back from whatever it is they're doing, but this could also mean publicly. It would explain some of the things they've said in recent interviews, and now I may sound delusional here but I'm trying to make sense of the cards - it could mean they are pulling their relationship away from the public eye. The Hermit stands for retreating, and at first I thought huh? They're isolating, and they're happy about it (The World) but that makes no sense. The World tells us they feel very fulfilled in their relationship with each other. The Hermit could also hint at them being apart for a while now because of their projects, and I kind of like this interpretation a little bit better.

Bonus: Are they romantic at all right now?

I asked this because I needed some clarification on the Hermit, and I got:

The Lovers

Yes, their relationship is still very much romantic. This is pretty much the most straightforward card I could’ve drawn for this question.

Future: Ace of Swords + Page of Swords, Page of Cups

Aces and Pages go very well together, both "youthful" energies that usually stand for something that holds a lot of great potential. The AoS stands for a fresh start with newly found clarity. The PoS is a great communicator. I like to call it a "love of the mind", if you're at all familiar with the concept of Platonic love (with a capital P! Different from platonic as we know it, Platonic can be and often is romantic too). They love each other's thoughts and ideas and love to exchange them. And then the Page of Cups is a messenger of emotions, it usually means good news are coming their way. Overall it looks to me like they'll be apart for a while but it will give them clarity, and it looks like they'll fall right back together when they see each other again.

Rolin recently said he’ll keep making this show as long as Jacob and Sam are interested (I’m paraphrasing) how do Jacob and Sam feel about continuing their roles as Louis and Lestat?

Here's what I pulled:

How does Jacob feel about continuing to play the role of Louis?

2 of Wands R; clarifying: The Magician. The 2oW stands for planning, which is quite fitting, but reversed it can mean no planning. This doesn't mean he doesn't plan on playing Louis in the future, it just means, especially in context with the Magician, that he just hasn't really thought about him having a say in it. Now, I'm sure there's a little more that goes into deciding whether future seasons are greenlit other than the actors wanting to play the parts, but I think Jacob partially underestimates his power in this. The Magician tells you you can do anything if you put your mind to it. You have the power to shape your future, essentially. So he wants to continue playing him, he just didn't know the future of the character was up to him to decide (which again, I'm sure it's not just up to him, but you get the idea).

How does Sam feel about continuing to play the role of Lestat?

The Lovers. Ohhh. Okay. Interesting. The answer is super clear here, he loves playing Lestat, he loves the show, and he'd love to continue playing him. I'm a little hesitant to go there because I don't always want to interpret the Lovers as literal lovers, but I also feel like it would be weird not to, in this context. There's likely another reason he enjoys playing Lestat so much, and that is a very close connection he has formed on set. Lovers do stand for a partnership too, after all. It almost feels a little too on the nose which is why I don't always want to go there but it feels appropriate for this question.

To the anon asking me to do a reading on the fandom, I'm sorry, I can't do that. Not because it's heavy energy necessarily but because what's going on is way too serious of a situation and putting real people in danger, and me doing a reading won't shed any light on it. What I do here is for entertainment and it's fun to believe in it, but it won't give us reliable answers. It would feel inappropriate given the weight of the situation. I used to think missing out was just unfortunate, but after seeing attempted doxxing, people trying to find Sam’s hotel location, and others encouraging stalking or invasive behavior toward the cast, crew, and fans, I feel it’s important to say something.

Please be safe. The safety of the cast and crew matters. The safety of fans, crowds, and everyone attending matters too. No concert, fandom event, disagreement, rumor, or online conflict is worth putting real people in danger.

If you dislike someone, keep your distance. Mute, block, ignore, and move on. Do not harass people. Do not try to find where they’re staying. Do not share or request private information. Do not encourage others to follow, confront, film, track, or expose anyone. That behavior is dangerous, invasive, and not acceptable.

For anyone traveling, attending, or meeting up with people you only know online: please protect yourself. Do not share your hotel, room number, ticket details, travel plans, flight information, arrival or departure times, or how long you’re staying. Be careful about posting real-time updates that reveal your location. Avoid sharing traceable personal information, including your full name, address, phone number, workplace, school, or anything that could identify where you are or how to find you.

Meet in public places. Stay with people you trust. Let someone reliable know where you are. Keep your phone charged. Have a plan for getting back safely. Trust your instincts if something feels off.

Please remember that the people involved are human beings, not characters, content, or targets. Fans are human beings too. Everyone deserves privacy, boundaries, and safety.

Not tarot related but have you seen the tvl after dark episode yet? I thought it was really nice.

I watched it just now with my friend!! It was soo cute, Jam immediately looking at each other when Eric called them pretty 👀And then Delainey & Assad joined! Sooo fun, I can't wait to see all the other episodes!

How is the communication between them now as we approach the concert and premiere?

Hi! This is what I pulled.

4 of Wands: Ohh, the Home card 🥹 Their communication is really good right now. They have a strong sense of community and they're happy and grateful to be doing this together. This card also stands for celebrating unions, so I'm sure they're very excited to reunite so soon!

Knight of Swords: This is someone who's a bit straightforward, who knows what they want and is willing to stand up for it. But they might be a bit impulsive while doing so. Court cards can stand for certain people, so since we have two of them, I'd like to think they stand for both of them. Who could the Knight of Swords be? I'm not sure. My gut feeling says Jacob.

Queen of Cups: If the Knight of Swords is Jacob, then the Queen of Cups is Sam. The QoC is someone who has their emotions under control, albeit maybe hidden. This is a very sympathetic figure who cares deeply about others, and who is mindful of what they share. Compared to the Knight of Swords, they're calmer, more thoughtful, but both are very confident.

I'm not sure if I assigned them to the correct cards - in a way, I can also see it the other way around. I am almost surprised at how strong my gut feeling is that the Knight of Swords is Jacob though so I'm tempted to believe it for now. Either way, I'm glad to see their communication has improved once again and they're back to being a single unit as it seems!

Here's what I pulled.

Oh boy. They certainly have very mixed feelings about it.

What's their communication like when it comes to their solo projects?

The Sun R, The Hierophant: Hm... The communication isn't great. This doesn't necessarily mean they don't talk about it, but when they do, there's always a bit of sadness there as well, potentially because they'll be busy and won't be able to see each other as much. The Hierophant is a tough card to interpret. In this case maybe it means they'd both like things to remain as they are but there's also an understanding there that they have to take on other roles, because that's their lives.

How does Jacob feel about Doubt?

4 of Cups, 2 of Pentacles: I think Jacob tries not to think about it too much but he fully supports him. The 4oC stands for avoidance, whether it's a conscious decision or subconscious. But then there's also the 2oP that stands for a harmonous partnership. He's there for him and supportive of him but at the same time, I guess he just doesn't like the fact they'll be apart for a some time and committed to other things so Sam can't just hop on a plane whenever he feels like it.

How does Sam feel about Blaze?

4 of Wands R, Knight of Pentacles: A very similar sentiment here. Sam feels like it's gonna be a period of loneliness, but he acknowledges and admires Jacob's hard work. Again, he's very supportive while realizing for himself that the situation is not ideal and not what he would've wanted if it were up to him. Idk when Blaze is filming, and this isn't based on the cards but just my own thoughts, maybe it's possible they tried to coordinate their projects to be busy around the same time to distract them from the fact they're gonna be apart
