Izakk is where you get your weapons if you want the really good ones. Which are all made and designed by him. He doesn’t work with villains unless the crime is objectively funny and no one is getting harmed. Red Hood is his biggest customer. He’s cool with everyone in the batfam except Batman. Cops aren’t allowed in his store EVER
He grew up in Crime Alley and well he just decided to make weapons :) don’t tell Batman he’s not above doing what it takes to keep his actual job a secret.
His thrift store is super cheap and helpful to the community as well. He does take that seriously.

Physical description: Izakk is 6’0, 210 pounds, with almost concerning pale white skin covered in freckles and moles and scars, Izakk has vivid blue eyes that shift shades, sharp teeth, his entire ears pierced, one lip piercing, his tongue pierced, a septum piercing, his right eyebrow pierced, his nipples pierced, belly button pierced, and various stars and planets tattooed around his body along with plants, flowers, fungus, and cats. Izakk has very messy very long 3a curly hair he cannot tame no matter what.
