L'attente ...
What is it about rain, especially in Autumn or during Winter? There is something; how can it be expressed? Is it that of "far away"?
A picture is worth a thousand words, so it is said. With what this stirs, I am not sure in can be expressed in that span of words or what words could even be used.

Someone sent this to me (from "Music Charts"?) thought it was good enough to share. George Jones said it best in his song: "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes?" Hate to sound judgemental, but it seems people are just vying to be as outlandish & as far as from Country, Western, or Buckaroo music as possible. It seems the attention is on how controversial they can be, or perhaps, they are so insecure they use their strange grooming to screem: "Look at me, look at me. Won't someone give me attention so I can feel better about my self?" Guess they don't understand you get to be "somebody" by what you can do & the talents you develop, not how you look, even if it goes against what common sense dictate looks good and is in good taste. It makes you wonder if they do not have mirrors or friends to give them constructive criticism.

This particularly unique 1970 Javelin was based on the (then) top SST trim, with only 100 examples created for a (then) lofty $3,995. Each car was painted in the same patriotic Matador Red, Frost White, and Commodore Blue paint scheme. This Bomb Pop clone blew up the status quo in Trans Am as well as on the street. The Trans Am Edition was fitted with a 325-hp 390-cubic-inch V-8, which funneled power through a four-speed Borg Warner transmission topped off with a trick Hurst shifter.

In 1970, legendary racer Mark Donohue and the Penske Racing team left Chevrolet to join forces with AMC, agreeing to pilot the Javelin in Trans-Am races.
