「盗」 "Uraraka Ochako-- I'll be sure to remember that." His words are gentle, but a certain menacing aura stands behind them, as if warning, I know who you are now it's no use running away. The knife disappears into his blazer and suddenly he's a normal student again. Almost.

"I've heard that I can get my powers back if I kill someone. I want you to find a suitable target and a place where there aren't many witnesses. In exchange for your cooperation, I'll make sure you're not killed by anyone and provide you with information I learn. Agreeable, yes?"

She gulped, shoulders hunching as she glanced to the side— then immediately back to him, not wanting to take her eyes off that knife for more than a second. Uraraka only remained silent for a couple more moments before she nodded slowly.

” …Absolute obedience. Alright. “

…At least, until she figured out something to do about this. Or acquired a weapon of her own.

「盗」 "I'm glad you see it my way." His expression softens. The facade constructed is so thorough, he looks innocent in a way. "What's your name? I'm Izuru Tomonaga." Even his tone changes completely, betraying his dangerous threats just minutes before.

She didn’t have her powers, and yeah she may have a bit of fighting skill somewhere in her but she was no where near wanting to fight this guy. It would decidedly be better to just… listen to him.
