Harry’s not actually all that sure what Tomlinson Styles even is, beyond his ticket to fame or any of the other things Niall’d spouted off at him, but when he shows up for the interview and is unceremoniously shoved into an office with the Tomlinson part of that equation, all Harry can really think about is that he would like to be a Tomlinson-Styles….or the Devil Wears Prada AU that no one wanted. Were his eyes a little glassy already? Louis loved it when the guys he picked out were responsive in bed and a bit sensitive…. or: Harry drinks Strawberry-Daiquiris and Louis drinks Gin&Tonic. Harry is known for being a ruthless, inconsiderate, hateful bastard that doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. He’s fired more employees to be recorded in records. Although he’s extremely successful, he also doesn’t have much of a life - or a personality. All he knows is being angry. Louis is the complete opposite; full of life, playful, funny and kind. Is that going to be enough to break Harry’s cold exterior? (10k)

Leigh’s been pressing me for a signature and I haven’t even read the contract yet so- only if it’s not too much trouble.” Louis deflates, then scolds himself for even thinking that Harry would ask him on a date, honestly. There’s more than meets the eye and after a night filled with joy and good company, the reason for his behaviour becomes painfully clear and unable to be denied. But with every positive moment he’s experienced throughout his life, it seems a backlash of negativity always encounters. The one where Louis is unable to stay professional when Harry lets his guard down while someone else takes advantage of both their actions. (117k)
