Am I the only one who is incredibly annoyed whenever someone says "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less"?

This is actually hilarious because this weekend I was "slightly offended by a well-meaning duckling" (August 5'4" 25). I tried catching a duckling in my friends pond so that it could go to an animal sanctuary thing because it's mom died and it needed help. But it ran and swam way to fast into the plants for me to catch it.
