ya know, it’s kinda really annoying to know what I need to do to improve my mental health, but watch myself not do those things anyway because I just can’t help but prioritize others over myself 🙃

as much as I love being able to talk to people that don’t live near me (yay friends around the country!), I think I would survive my day to day life so much better if I didn’t have a phone or msging apps. of course, I just need to learn how to say “no” better and prioritize myself, but like, ahhhh leave me alone! yeah, you’re my friends and I love you, but do I have to talk with all of you every day? why do I make myself so available to everyone but myself? i’m tired

I feel like the more I think about myself and my actions, the more I realize I’m not a nice person. I *think* I’m doing my best to be a good person, but am I really? I don’t think so.

But then again, maybe it’s the depression talking.

Man I cannot stress this enough. The “this is how I am, take it or leave it” attitude is an act of immaturity. We all have toxic traits that we need to work on and as an adult it’s our responsibility to recognize the damage that they can do to the ones we love. We all need to put in more effort in becoming better individuals.

I resent that taste

but what do I do when I love so much

hmm, what do I do when I’m still sad over my break-up, but I’m sure my siblings and friends are tired of hearing me talk about it?

I want to cry, for various reasons, but alas. That would disrupt my work time 😞

It seems that every time I find an old notebook/journal of mine, no matter how long it’s been, I still relate to the words I’ve written when I felt low. It feels like I’m better now? Maybe? But then why do I still wish for non-existence?

Man, what a blessing Safiya Nygaard is to this world. She always does lots of research before releasing a video on a specific topic, and bundles it up in fun and interesting videos! She just seems like a really great person (as well as Tyler!) and I hope the world treats her well.

I didn’t think the after care for wisdom teeth extraction would be too terrible, but gah, I feel miserable. I got a GIANT blood clot floating around in the side of my mouth like jelly. Hoping that biting on a tea bag (apparently it has to be black tea) like the instructions my dentist told me will help.
