Sometimes I honestly wish I wasn’t so sensitive. I don’t understand how some people just turn off their emotions for when they feel a certain way. I really have to sit with my feelings and understand why I feel this way to continue on. I don’t push it under a rug. I face it as much as possible because once I do, I realize it wasn’t a big deal. My brain is just overwhelming itself with these ideas/ these ambitions that don’t need to be done now. A sense of urgency that really makes you overthink. Mainly because I feel as if the world is going faster than it should. But, then my heart comes in and basically has this boxing match saying it needs to chill out. I’m doing good. Im grateful for people in my life who care about me. Im grateful for the blessings. For the opportunities. For life.

Life certainly is a beautiful wave.

The current goes up, yet it always has to come back down.

Master the art of surfing through it.
