The genies looked to each other and nodded as they conjured their battle outfits for their mission. It was a good thing they came from the Coliseum where they already had most of their items and weapons equipped. 

With cautiousness, Gigi and Whisp entered the portal to the Underworld under the blessing of Anubis. They travelled down the stairs and further into the dark underground. It wouldn’t be long before they came across Cerberus who was guarding the front door.

He first snarled at the djinn, freezing them in their spot before they used their magic to conjure three steaks for each head. Whisp tossed them in the air and Cerberus’ heads caught them. With the hellhound distracted, the ghouls snuck past. Though not before they found a fork in the road.

Whisp then whispered an idea into Gigi, who turned with worry and skepticism before the moon genie assured her. Reluctantly, she nodded and watched Whisp merge into the walls of the Underworld and set off into one direction.

The sun genie was nervous, but took a deep breathe before she took the other route towards’ Hades’ cavern. She needed to find the death god and settle this…

They would do it for Leon. They were NOT going to lose him.

While the Girls changed into different outfits, Anubis took a far different look as he walked the steps. He slowly would become younger looking, the Jackal head had shimmered and turned human with long black hair falling down his back. Kohl was painted delicately around his dark amber eyes. The god now stood the same height at the girls, a golden feather styled clasp would clip his hair at the base of his neck. Anubis looked human, Egyptian still but he appeared human and would dull his energy as they came into the underworld. When Cerberus started to growl he was more then ready to calm the beast himself but the steaks that appeared from the others magic, it made him chuckle as that was one way to handle this. “Be cautious” He warned them both, “Agree to nothing...and sign nothing”

Hades… they should’ve known he was behind this. The invitation to the Coliseum wasn’t a coincidence.

But in Allah’s name, they would not let him take Leon. Not with every eternal breath in their being.

Gigi though made sure to snap away her thoughts, not wanting to be consumed for vengeance when they have a chance to rescue their beloved father. Looking to Whisp, she placed a hand on her sister’s shoulder as if to say ‘remember’. 

The moon genie was in grief, if even more so of the lost. She could lose her thoughts in wanting Hades to pay, but doesn’t want to. Whisp took a moment with her breath as Anubis spoke more. 

He was right. They couldn’t play into the brimstone god’s game. They had to do this.

      ❝ We won’t. ❞

      ❝ We’ll get our baba back. ❞

Anubis nodded, his gaze soft yet he had his own anger at the other God. The fact that Hades had dared to take a soul that mattered to him, one he had staked a claim on already. He took a breath and made himself calm down before he created a staff of ebony and gold, when the bottom tapped the floor a doorway appeared with stairs leading down.  “After you ladies, one at a time and go slow. It will be dark at first but once I close this behind us lights will form. We will arrive in Hades realm rather quickly and undetected at first since he will not expect my energy and it will over shadow yours” This was the best that he could do for now, once they arrived in Hades Realm it would mean they needed to see just what sort of game the Greek bastard had planned and where Leons soul was.
