What programs do you use? – For illustrations I use Clip Studio Paint EX. And if you see any animations most likely I’ll have used Toon Boom Harmony Advanced 21
Your art looks familiar, have you done work for other fandoms? – Most art I do can be found on this blog but I have also done art and had a sideblog for the Warrior cats series. LEGEND OF ZELDA FAQ: As the one timeline AU as I’ve named it has gained a fair amount of popularity heres a few questions I’ve been asked about it
What is the 1tau?: The 1Tau (One timeline AU) Is a legend of Zelda alternate universe I made where the timeline of the Zelda universe has been molded to fit into one line instead of the branching routes of canon. It’s also a Links Meet AU because those are cool!
Where can I read it?: Unfortunately this is the only place you’ll find material for this Au, FOR NOW AT LEAST! I have been known to dabble in fanfiction so it’s not out of the question some stories might pop up.
Do you have a story planned for this AU?: Kinda? But mostly it’s just character-focused interactions. I’m not a fan of writing super dark or introspective Zelda, *I lean more toward Hurt/Comfort, found family vibes in these parts~
Is there a Sideblog for this AU?: Not at the moment but that might b e something I'll look into if it becomes hard to navigate within my main blog

Man it’s so weird Devsis just bailed on having a chapter 16 and not have a new update for the next month super crazy they didn’t actually update the game and chapter 16 doesn’t exist yet.
In all seriousness I’m very bad at actually playing the games I like but from what I’ve delved into on Twitter my opinion on the chapter is that it’s… Fine.
I’m NOT happy with the message and storyline they had for a CERTAIN character. I don’t care how much it may have been hinted at it was not a nice conclusion.
I’m… Semi intrigued for what they have in store for Shadow Milk? I can see the road they want and his actions line up for how he usually acts but it’s also so… Unrefined? If that makes sense?

Unfortunately this game has and always will at this point have a ginormous pacing issue because of how they choose to show their stories and it REALLY shone through in this finale. imo the final war should have been like a 6 month/1 year event not a three update mad dash of a climax. Sure Devsis probably would have cucked that too but there would have been at least some time for development of the war grounds and new cookies.
(Dough trio, COD, the factions in Crispia, the ancients, the Beasts, DE… yknow the one you’re supposed to be hyping up for the finale…)
But they aren’t going to do that because god forbid they let characters grow past the update (or og game) they’re featured in. This is why there hasn’t been an interesting epic cookie outside of the beast minions since… Maybe the wedding update.
The pacing issue is also why I felt the ending was just a little… Lacking. They cannot feasibly build strong character dynamics between cookies at the speed they’re going so it felt like no one was really effected or would be effected unless the text explicitly stated they were. It’s really hard to argue a character cares about another when you do not show us any development.
This is why a few updates back people thought PV was so unempathetic towards WL, cuz he has to always revert to their school days because the game has not shown anything other than that between the two. (Not saying PV isn’t flawed with his compassion tho)
Circling back to this update tho the sidelining of all the other beasts SUCKED. Idk why Devsis thinks having Smilk front and center all the time is a great thing (that’s a lie I know it’s money) but imo having a break from your fav character makes when they show up again more exciting. Having them always front and centre makes non fans annoyed and gives actual fans fatigue.
This has been an issue since the start of the 5th anni and it has been getting! Way! Worse! Every update.

All that said I have no plans to leave the fandom. I’ve dealt with worse and I do not headcanon nor ship with the ideal of it becoming canon. So I’ll be keeping steady over here :3
As for Jammed it will be pretty unaffected. Maybe a refinement on where certain settings will be in later chapters. Like I said above I don’t ship or write to be canon (no matter how much my mind screams at me) so I have no plans on stopping or altering its story through all of this. I’ll also say right here that I have zero plans to change the ‘no archive warnings’ apply label on it either.
TLDR: update seems okay at best but I am not shocked. I have no plans on changing what I’m doing any time soon :3
