I miss therapy, my dudes. Can't wait for it to start up again. 'Stay Alive (Reprise)' is anyway a really sad song, but there's a lot of parental themes in Hamilton that make me cry on the reg....

A bouncer I saw on my bus home the other night. I mean, the one I saw was human, but I figured he’d look cool as a doberman, so here he is! He’s gonna make sure you all have a nice evening AND ANYBODY WHO SAYS OTHERWISE IS GONNA BE SORRY.

'Brown Eyed Girl' is a song my mum sang to me as a baby. I don't remember her doing it, but that knowledge alone is enough to make me dissociate every time I hear it, which is a shame, because it's a real nice song!

I get a lot of migraines - I believe the technical term is ‘shitloads’ - and so have invented a fantasy fulfilment Cold Pack otter. It’s cool all over and it’s paw pads are squishy and pleasant on painful sinuses and suchlike! I started off thinking maybe it would be a lynx, but I prefer the otter - less fluff, so probably cooler to touch, right? Right.

I’m aware folks followin’ this blog may not want to see my descent (or ascent?) into, y’know, the world of furries, so I’ve set up a separate art blog: fancyfinxh 

(all the ‘finch’ blog names are taken so I’m using a frequent typo I make instead)

I’ll post reminders about it occasionally & I expect there’ll still be some overlap! But his blog will be mostly for comics. Thanks for reading!

Working on Beach Genet! I've never drawn genets before. I'm still figuring it out. The right-hand image was traced over a photo - that muzzle shape is hard to pin down!

BEACH GENET!! I bought this critter from QuaggyArt on Twitter & I have just met them and I love them. Art on left by QuaggyArt, art on right by yours truly!

Gonna take some practice to get drawing genets down. They haven’t featured majorly on my Animals I Am Aware Of radar.
