Anyone that knows me well knows how much I value happiness and how I truly believe it's the most important thing in the life, books like this help me be happy. There's a quote that Indian scholar Shantideva once said 'if there is a way to overcome the suffering, then there is no need to worry, if there is no way to overcome the suffering, then there is no use in worrying' it sounds like an easier said than done kind of message, but it really helps me when times are tough
