Mila demanded to try and make a life size BB-8 this morning. She ran around playing the theme song to Star Wars, then we went outside to battle the dark side.

The greatest thing Star Wars has brought to her is her love of robots. She wants to know how they work, how to construct them and if they can love.

Mind you, I’ve never been into Star Wars, still haven’t seen all the originals… Just don’t tell Mila.

I will never forget how my Christmas Morning started this year. I was greeted with many ‘Merry Christmas!’ greetings the second it hit midnight from my Launch Bay family all across the building. I also got to work on my lightsaber skills, which leads to a pretty great holiday. I might not have been home with my 'real’ family, but I’m so glad I have such a great group of people I work with, and I can’t wait to bring in the Nee Year with them as well!
