Kyle and I went on a road trip to The Record Store in Howell after he FIXED MY FUCKING WINDOW! and we got all the new CDs for my road tripping and work. We also went through a Drive Thru. People who use drive thru are in Such a hurry. The people in line And the window lady were in way too much of a rush for what I'm used to after A Whole Year of never getting fast food through a window ever. I didn't lose any weight walking into stores for food all the time instead of driving up to windows. Not that I own a scale anymore to find out. I was already only a once a weeker after drinking in Asbury Park on Saturday nightser with fast food so it wasn't that dramatic a change. I'm certain I'm made of more muscle though now and that my ass is a better shape from getting off it more. And that it's been better for my mental and physical health to think about what I'm eating before hand and plan things out and slow down. Food for thought. Listen to more music. Dance more.
