Who's excited?
i'm excited. I haven't had the chance to do any real parkour in a minute.
Also, a small injury report on my bone contusion: Since this morning i have noticed decreased pain when i walk and trick. I feel like it'll only be a week or two before it's back to normal.
On the agenda for tomorrow: Grass practice- Skip hooks, both sides feilong And of course general comboing about.
i won't have alot of time to train, but i want to keep this up. Don't stop moving; Jacquis

I probably have a bruised bone in my foot. I’ve noticed I can still trick on it with no pain as long as I don’t put pressure on that outside ball. So no slant gainers, left raiz’s, or leg sweeps where I’m posted on my left leg. The grind…

Just busted it two nights in a row at open gym.
First night at Power Athletics since my injury. stinky foot. Did i tell yall about that? i will shortly.
anyways, we didn’t get any footy of me , and only like 1 shot of anyone else (josiah). Coincidentally there was more tricking than filming going on.
coming back with force. Still babying that side of my foot though.

My body has been still for way too long. I feel like I've just devolved.
UPDATE SHMUPDATE.
Been taking the past week off and i am really starting to miss moving.
last thursday at the gym i landed a slant gainer in a very odd way and hurt the outside ball of my foot. I haven't really been able to do much on it or wrap it in any way to help so it's just been easy to slump into laziness. Gettin back on it soon though. Rest is essential, but being stagnant? i don't know..

Raiz x 2. I can feel it a little more. How does it look? I switched legs and I noticed that solved the chest issue, but now I'm not getting up at all. I guess it just takes practice.
That moment when you realize you should be trying your Raiz with the other leg.....
Update
Lately, in terms of movement we’ve been doing alot of basic tricking. Yeah, we’re still on that tip. I think one reason for this might be because it’s been like 37 and raining with a sharp wind chill outside everyday. I know that isn’t cold compared to alot of other places, but for here i don’t like to do parkour when i can’t feel my toes.
This leads me to this past Monday. Josiah and i tried to train outside but were only thwarted by the cold. We inevitably just crashed at Joey’s and the three of us visited a new gym to ask if we could do tricking at their open gym. Turns out it’s cheaper than Victory (Our first gym, our first LOVE), and they have open on two nights a week to top it off, the guy invited us to come and train when he does one on one classes so we’ll have the whole floor that he isn't using for his personal sesh. We were all pretty blown away by their generosity and interest in what we do.
Going up from here. I’m getting inspired by all of this community progress.
Current tricks i’m working on:
basic kicks: cresent (outside, inside), hook, round house spinning hook b-kick 540 kick back side 900 raiz The Almighty Slant Gainer.
