referring to my last post, here are some of the artists, and actors I have mentioned. 

In order from top to bottom:

Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of the rock band Queen. He lived with Aids from most of his adult life until he died in 1991. His partner of almost 20 years was Jim Hutton. He wasn’t afraid to be himself.

Elliot Fletcher (aka Trevor in shameless), is a trans (ftm) actor known for his roles in the Fosters, Shameless, and Faking it. In all of these shows, he plays a trans man. Elliot is praised for his accurate representation of trans youth in today’s society

Troye Sivan is a British singer-songwriter and actor who came out in 2013 on youtube and gained popularity. He has become a role model for LGBTQ youth all over the world

The cast of Love, Simon: This movie, in my eyes, accurately displayed some of the inner struggles LGBTQ teens experience, although just touching on the subject. I’ve heard many stories of this movie helping people come out to friends and family

and last, for now, Brendon Urie. Urie came out as bisexual then later publicly came out as pansexual. He showed that it is ok to not be sure of your sexuality. Even as a 31 year old man, he is still finding himself… and that’s ok.

i would like to end this by saying, first, that none of those pictures are mine, and second, these are all my opinions and knowledge on these people and I in no way speak for the rest of the lgbtq community
