Another Black man killed at the hands of police because he had a gun in his pocket. From what I’ve read so far he wasn’t harming anyone. He hadn’t threatened anyone. He was selling CD’s in the parking lot. So before someone stupid hops on their high horse and says “well he had a gun” lets take a look at some “similar situations”. They say he was a threat but so many other people in worse situations (meaning they took lives) were disarmed and escorted safely to jail. Don’t remember? James Holmes - Colorado gunman who shot up a movie theater….disarmed and alive Robert Dear- Another Colorado gunman who shot up a Planned Parenthood….disarmed and alive Dylan Roof- South Carolina gunman who shot up a church…..disarmed and alive Jason Dalton - Right here in Kalamazoo drove around the city on a shooting spree killing and permanently injuring 2 children along with adults….disarmed and alive

And these are just a few! Don’t forget these made nationwide news. There are plenty of stories that we don’t hear about. Don’t get it twisted. I don’t wish the police would have killed those people but what I do wish is that Black men in the same scenario (or less threatening ones) could be disarmed and alive as well.
