a/n: this idea wouldn't leave my mind but I couldn't for the life of me write a proper one shot about it, so here's a bunch of headcanons (sorry if this is dookie!)
bf!Katsuki who never gave two shits about make up until the two of you moved in together and he realised how important of a ritual doing your make up is to you
bf!Katsuki who, one morning, stood in the bathroom’s doorway for ten minutes— still half asleep and bleary eyed— to watch you put on your make up, admiring how flawlessly you did you eyeliner with your non dominant hand
bf!Katsuki who likes when you curl your eyelashes and put on mascara because it makes your eyes looks wider and more doll-like— and it’s no secret Katsuki is smitten with your eyes
bf!Katsuki that turns his nose up when he sees you covering scars, beauty marks or freckles with concealer because he doesn’t like the idea of you trying to hide yourself
bf!Katsuki who sits on the edge of the bathtub while you do your make up and occasionally chimes in to suggest what shade to use for your blush or for your lips— even if, at first, he’d complain you’d get too much of the same colour
“Katsuki, how can you not see those are two different colours? This is baby pink, this is bubblegum! They’re not even similar!”
“Huh? They’re both fucking pink, what’s with the government names?”
bf!Katsuki who absolutely hates when you put on lipgloss because that means he doesn’t get to kiss you goodbye
