I was needing a new icon for discord, so I made a Little Guy to Stare At You

these two get to be in the spot of "rotated endlessly in my brain" for now.

Getting this guy's mask to not look goofy in perspective is a Struggle. I'm rolling around an idea of an oc-merukimon, dithering on if he can remove his mask, so sketched an idea of what he might look like underneath. Gotta make my digis look some flavor of inhuman, even without their iconic armor.

He gets to have the oh-so-original placeholder name of Merc, for now, as that's the nickname I gave my merukimon in time stranger. Watch it stick forever, as temporary-names are wont to do.

this poor bastard is soldato j-180, from an au where there's more than just 31 soldato units. he gets the ol zonder metal slapped on him and may or may not live long enough to get un-zonder'd.

99% of the things i draw never make it out of the sketch stage and so many of those sketches are these two. ...most of those sketches have too much bare harpy chest for tumblr, though.
