Today this body of mine turns 28 years young. I was born on Thanksgiving day, so today is a rare anniversary. This passed year was so full of love and inspiration, I feel greedy expecting 28 to live up to 27... I love you all very much. Those of you who put up with my rambling, my musical obsessions, my silly opinions on culture and art, i love you. I just want to feel connected to you. I want to feel like I can be myself with you, like I can share what comes from my heart and my gut and let you guide me or ride with me. I'm on a mission to be a positive and comforting presence in every one of your lives. Everything I'm doing and making is for you. My songs are for you and your heart. My ideas for your world. If I can speak to your soul I have a reason to exist. I want to be alive in so much more than just myself, and It's an absolute pleasure to be here for/with you; singing you songs, making you laugh, challenging you and learning from you.
