Jamie Oliver & Lexington Borough Market Apprentice Challenge 2016 Day 1 : 14th March 2016 So the day began at 06:00 when my alarm clock started beeping away to wake me from me sleep!' I got up and got myself ready as the day had begun and it was 1 of 5days already here for the Jamie Oliver and Lexington Apprentice challenge, preparing and building up our teamwork and teams for the big day on friday at borough market, so 7:30am it was and i was at old street station filling my tummy with a coffee and pastrie courtesy of Murray, then shortly after finishing we left to make our way to Fithteen Resturarnt to meet the Jamie Oliver and KPMG apprentices, everyone started turning up and the day had officially begun at 9:00am where we hopped on a coach to begin our journey as one to fairplay activity centre in whickham bishops, we arrived shortly after 10am and the fun had officially begun!, getting ourselves all harnessed up and helmets on! All activitys to begin with were up in the sky, heights arent a problem unless you let them be! The instructors called them all " Fight Your Fears" and i am certain that i did! First up on everything and the first to show the others how its done!, the day proved to be challenging but enjoyable at the same time, everyone including myself did extremely well and this is only the begining of an exciting week working alongside the Jamie Oliver and KPMG Apprentices, let the competition begin!
