James Hall is an experienced garden builder based in St Minver, North Cornwall Established for over ten years, first in London and now here in Cornwall, James has designed and built a huge range of gardens, entrances and driveways. His work includes both traditional and contemporary styles and he specialises in decking, fencing, brick and stone walls, patios and wood fired pizza ovens. Small succulents add interest to the top of one our rustic stone walls. A smart frontage can transform a home. We created a double entrance crescent drive for this Georgian house in Clapham Common. Drive stabalisation grids and golden flint gravel were used for the drive. We custom made the rails and gates on site, then planted up the main bed next to the pavement. Project: Landscaping of sloping front and rear gardens, St Mabyn, Cornwall. Materials used: Front garden Grey limestone paving with inset slate cobbles from the gate to front door. Rear garden: Soft wood railway sleeper retaining walls and Mint fossil sandstone paving. (at St Mabyn)
