MY ATTEMPT TO SIMPLIFY THE VOID STATE FOR HYPERACTIVE FOLKS OR ANYONE .
Note: As we said talked about shifting, where i tried but failed , to make shifting easier for people like me, this is for void state.
Now I do believe this is going to lot of already known stuff but I will try my best to compile all possible tips and outcomes.
We arent going to talk about philosophy of void , but the ways because honestly , sure "you are already void" , "void is state of being", ik we all already know that. And again these tips and things are also for those who struggle with meditation, or getting relaxed cause brain be thinking 70 useless shit at once.
I WILL TRY MY BEST TO BE UNDERSTANDABLE. AGAIN SORRY MY ENGLISH, THIS LANGUAGE HAS TAKEN ENOUGH FROM WORLD. LESS GOO!!!

We are back at story of Cyan.
The guy cant catch break it seems.
Now lets see Cyans problem with void.
Cyan knows all those gold stuff about how u are nothing but awareness blah blah, he knows it okay.
But he wants structure. He wants schedule. And nothing wrong in that. It just makes bro hot (another day of me thirsting over myself , the self love is problematic thing)
First problem that Cyan faces because god personally hates him , is getting settled to start already.
He sits or lay down. And his brain starts parade of thought that he isnt even sure are even his.
Things get uncomfortable. And uk worse? When he gets comfortable finally, his body jerks...like actual jerks or wakes up, or alerts him..
Now this might seem like im putting limiting beliefs but trust me guys its not that. Our goal here is to get a body that don't jerk. It has nothing to do with void or anything..
Well anything i tell in this post has nothing to do with void but with you.
Before going to bed or meditation , he does 10 push ups, or 1 min still walk, something that makes your blood pump. Im not talking about full on gym session,no. Anything that makes ur blood pump and heart race. Maybe do jumping javks, watch p@rn, prank call police. whatever gives u lil rush of blood. Just enough to make ur heart race but not enough to get u dizzy or fainted oh god just dont.
So by doing this, ur brain gets signal that the andranalline ...andranline...adrenaline..oh god how do we spell the hormone that makes you superman for 3 second?
Yes well that sussy chemical is released and so now whatever we gonna do is low energy and just common shit we gonna do.
One more thing: if your skin is dry i suggest you to moisturize, this will come handy later.
Now cyan is ready to go , now the position, his favorite is laying down, so we are gonna go with this one. Tho sitting is perfectly fine. Even hanging upside down, just whatever gets you comfortable fast.
Now as we know the common thingy.
Start counting, or multiplication. But what no one told cyan that these shit bores you.
So he did what he likes. Visualising whatever the fuck .
Now there's difference , usually for everyone its about visualising your DR, or scene from your DR.
But what Cyan did was , to visualize anything like any fucking thing. Be it ur DR , ur CR, winning the argument you lost 3 days ago, building home, playing game.
Just visualize whatever the fuck u want , u dont need to visualize and loop ur DR for infinite times.
So now that hes been visualising signing the name of his 11 kids. He is finally lil calm.
Now that's where we do it.
We start looking at our thoughts.
Or in other words observe them
This is also the point where u might feel itchy at places.
And im gonna be honest...just itch the fuck up. Dont ignore. Ignoring isnt luxury cyans ass can afford..itch , and go back to looking at ur thoughts,
2 second of itch aint gonna ruin ur progress.
Its also time u might jerk or twitch,
Two seconds of noticing your body ≠ progress deleted.
Cyans thought process was something like.
"Ah whats name of my 13th ki- oh wait a itch"
"Yes so let me name my 13th kid broken condom"
And also if its small one and u can see it going away in one min , then you are free to ignore it.
Now Cyan been noticing for alot of time
Now many outcomes can happen.
He suddenly forgets that he was noticing his thoughts,
And then suddenly remembered "oh no I was supposed to notice"
Now my guys, if he was stupid , he would take it as fail, but since hes not. He knows its sweetest shit that can happen.
Because when you realize after faltering ur awareness hold is strongest.
Now he can go back to noticing his thoughts again.
He reached the state where his thoughts are slurry, like he cant control them at all. And cant even observe them, they are incoherent.
The hypnogogic state is what we call it if im trying to be intellectual.
NOPE, YOU WILL NOT RUIN ANYTHING JUST MOVE UR FINGER OR TOE LIL, YOUR THOUGHT WILL GET LIL COHERENT.
Now what he did is focus on blackness.
Ik ik its basic but trust me guys now it will hit different.
U are looking at blackness of eyes.
•Force yourself to focus , we arent focusing we are just seeing
It doesn't need to be black , it can be different for everyone, maybe its colorful, maybe its moving pattern, maybe its visuals and we all know it we all can recognize it .
NOW COMES TRAPS *drumroll*
Lets talks about traps and how do we tackle them one by one.
1. Ego thinking hes main character.
╰┈➤See now cyans ego is at problem because it knows that if he lost cyan now, it might need to change its fundamental. So he will throw things. Like thoughts, twitches, hallucinations even but rare honestly, fake sensations .
If its thoughts the thoughts are mostly about making you give up
Like "hey we are tired lets do it tomorrow" , "i dont think we can "reach" the void" , "did u forget to feed your pet snake?"
Now see cyan will fight it.
Because if we fight we give this bitch attention.
So what we do? We listen to him.
And just say "hm you correct, fr u are the correctest shit ever happened to multiverse" , "maybe we can try longer?" , "wait who are you??"
Don't go "NO BITCH I WILL REACH VOID" Just go easy.
If its throwing sensations
Be like "ah...its happening...well hmmmm should I? But its kinda fake so i shouldn't"
And your best weapon to all these ego trap is
Cause this breaks that ego fast , u will look for observer who's noticing all the tantrums .
2. Tunnel/ the feeling of just there.
╰┈➤ ever noticed how many of cyans always stay stuck in "Just there" or going fast through blackness /tunnel , whatever.
Now this lets say is kinda trappy.
Because its ur egos way to keep you at gate while you are literally in the room you were supposed to be.
It keeps u tether to feeling of "just there" not quiet reaching.
Treat the tunnel like a boring YouTube ad you can’t skip. Don’t look at the lights or the movement. Look through them.
Instead of thinking "I’m going through the tunnel to get to the void," try: "The tunnel is happening inside the void that I already am."
It flips the power dynamic, you aren't in the way. You are the whole thing that contains the way.
╰┈➤ this one is easiest, its the time you thibk u are transitioning but in reality you are already void.
But the excitement or fear wakes you up.
See, we think that exhaling or breathing might break the process or wake us up, but in reality , not doing it is what wakes us up,
Just exhale and go like "cool I love the fake transitions"
Well guys thats all there is . Ik i might have missed many points or made many mistake but i trust yall have comprehension skills above average to make up whatever I meant.
One more thing , you can actually just tell yourself that whatever sensations im gonna feel are gonna be fake , before u go to meditate , this helps.
Important: nothing i told here is way to reach void because void isjt destination, its state of being which can happen whenever u realize you are it.
The things I told are suitable for people who crave structure . They are not needed for void/shift/ manifestation.
