Sometimes an area of your life – or perhaps more than one - has gone completely off track and makes you feel bogged down and like you just can’t move forward. If this is the case instead of making small changes here and there, you may want to wipe the slate clean and simply retart in that area of your life .......I call that my reboot button. .......... Maybe you’ve been eating unhealthy foods for a few months and you’ve gained weight and are feeling sluggish. ........... Maybe you’ve been staying late at work for seems like forever and feeling burned out. .........Maybe your schedule is just so jam packed you can’t even get your workout in ....,.
