The Nightstand
The material is white oak that originally served as a dining table, which I later repurposed into a bed. This stand is built from the leftover materials from that bed. Another identical one is still in production.

The bed
Made out of my old dining table.
The sofa
The project is finally done after two years of designing and woodworking. The sofa is at the summer house and now the time will tell how well the materials keep up with the usage.
Materials Frame: 25 year old pine (former dining table) Cushion fabric: Johanna Gullichsen, Helios lead reverse
Dining table recycled into a sofa
The 25 year old cabin dining table was replaced with the round table I made a few years ago. Instead of "throwing away" the old table, the wooden material (pine) was recycled. The wood is very nice and dense, not the porous shite it tends to be these days.
The dining table was cut into pieces, planed, routed and glued back together in the form of a sofa. The limitation was the amount of wood, because there wasn't too much of it. The lack of material had some impact on the design and some of the decisions in the execution it self. Mixing new and old wood was not too ideal - otherwise we wouldn't be talking about the sofa being made out of 100% recycled wood.
The cushions were made bespoke at Johanna Gullichsen.
Bicycle stand
A wooden stand for expensive bikes that has to be stored at home, out of reach from the thieves. White oak
Recycled material used for a coffee table
The material (teak) is from an old trophy case.
Recycling an old dining table
The aim is to re-use the wooden material (pine) and build a sofa frame out of this 25 year old summer house dining table.
Round table for six persons
The table was made as a prototype for proofing the three legged dining table concept. Turned out pretty ok, thus the material is rubbish. Needs to be re-made in proper wood.

6 person dining table in white oak, 2190 x 938 x 730mm.
Finally, delivery.
Straight cut! The track saw is more accurate than a table saw.
After a 7 month break in woodworking I’m back on track with my new project - 2 x dining table on trestles made out of larch.
The all year dining table & bench project is finally completed - hooray!
The bench I'm working on got some tiny butterfly joints to keep the cracks under control. Don't know what is the common way of shaping the butterflies, but found it convenient to just tilt the table saw blade and make a cut halfway through - four cuts and I had a symmetric 10 inch long butterfly shaped piece of oak to work with. Then just slice as many pieces from it as needed.
