The power of dua is so real. Don’t ever doubt it especially during this month of Ramadan where Allah’s giving is much more. Where the gates of Jannah are all open. Where Allah frees His slaves from the hell-fire every night. Just think for a sec how kind Allah is to us this month

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

‎“Frequent dhikr of Allah is one of the most beneficial protections from shaytan.”

“The brother of Fātimah bint al-Attār al-Baghdādiyyah [may Allāh have mercy on her and her brother] said:

‘Fātimah did not leave her home except on three occasions:

The first time, on her wedding day [from her father's house to her husband's house]. The second time, [from her husband's house] to perform hajj. The third time, the day she died [from her husband's house to the graveyard.]’”

Al-Hasan al-Basri رحمه الله said:

“Belittle the Dunya.

For by Allah!

We would be happy

as long as we belittle her.”

Ḥasan al-Baṣrī رحمه الله said:

“The believer does not compete

with the people of the Dunyā

for the honour of this Dunyā.”

Sālih al-Fawzān حفظه الله said:

“Paradise is not attained by way of laziness, sleeping and resting.

It is only attained by exertion in (performing) the righteous actions.”

‏Oh Allāh make us from those who rely upon you and so You sufficed him

You need to have the audacity to believe that you deserve to try. That you deserve to fail and try again. And again. And again. You need to have the audacity to take up space. You need to have the audacity to never give up.

and [because of it] Allah the Mighty and Sublime

gives every part of me its share of reward.”
