Simon Riley Headcanons ALERT

warning: i don't know if I'm accurate but my guts said yes it might be rude to some when I wrote this but take it lightly or seriously whatever you like to take it as 🫡

Simon Riley isn't a broken soldier who wants to get fixed he may have a heavy backstory but SAS doesn't keep mentally broken soldiers on field that long

Simon Riley's loyalty would be more stronger than expected like if he's with one it matters more to him than anyone who appears as perfection he can be obsessed (respectful obsession more about how the current partner flaws and especially the promise he made with them rather than any quick feeling)

He doesn't do replacements even if it's like I'm trying to heal it will sound a sugar coated way of saying first partner might nothing

He is too loyal that he almost thinks (he thinks about it always) that humans aren't similar to his moral code or their loyalty can be feeling at some point

He does not cheat nor give Loyalty only because of shared trauma or history it will seem like the loyalty only matters because of the trauma but also he does not share his past outright too proud and doesn't trust people quickly either

Slow burn turns into a friendship rather than lovers he values loyalty that is authentic and problem solving rather than leaving it half behind because the person infront of him cannot tolerate it

He is smart enough to acknowledge the fact what is about to get wrong the only flaw in my opinion is his trust towards higher ups not because he gets manipulated by some woman who shares history with him especially romantically it's not gonna happen he doesn't wear mask for fun reasons or like i will wait for the right person who is my soulmate NOPE

If he turned himself into a weapon i think i should take it seriously he might have feelings even if he says he is a weapon he pushes people away not because he is dangerous more like they can be danger to him emotionally seems like a cute dream or imagining another chapter of betrayal in a different way

he loves fishing and spending time with his teammates who he see's them as his own bloodbond even if they are not related

Journaling and reading military history he writes everything he experienced and seen in frontline but doesn't write about people he lost but has their dogtags keeping their memories alive

Cooking he cooks meals to himself he is a very great chef and quite the foodie type but maintains great figure by hitting gym and sharpen his skills in training room

Listening classic bollywood songs even michael jackson's he has a radio to listen music
