A thought on Boruto’s personality

Pardon me but this are just my thoughts on the Boruto series. Upon watching the latest Boruto’s episode, reading the manga and scrollin through Tumblr, I have to say Boruto’s character definitely still remains the same and not changing too much.

He does change a little in the manga, but not too much.

(At the same time while feeling fustrated, I turn to look at my brother who’s thirteen and he still hasn’t change much in terms of “life management”.)

What I am saying is that, it’s quite understandable that some boys take a while to mature, and while it is fustrating to see the main character remain the same. Then again, one has to consider the era of peace (which I think it’s only happening because no one wants to mess with Shinobis that came up with this truce and we know who they all are) Boruto and his friends live in. Also for a talented boy, he’s rather…simple/ straightforward (?) in his thinking, which explains why he detests the kote so much after the exams or that he just jumps straight into the situation.

And for the Momoshiki arc, it’s also because he had the backings of the few powerful. It might be a different story (and for me as well) if he had lose his father.

In short, give him some time, I guess. Because when a boy matures, they mature rather quickly. He’s a bit like my brother, so I kind of still adore him eventually.
