How to Make Pulled Pork Sandwiches fast
Pulled Pork Oven Recipe INGREDIENTS 2kg Boneless Pork Shoulder (Skin removed but keep layer of fat) 2 Onions (Sliced) 1 Bay Leaf 95g Pack Greedy Pig Pulled Pork Rub (Or you can use your own rub) 300ml Apple Juice 1 Tbsp Olive Oil METHOD Preheat oven to 125°C / 250°F Step #1 Score the fat with a sharp knife. Step #2 Rub 1 tablespoon of oil all over the meat. Step #3 Work the Greedy Pig Pulled Pork Rub into the meat getting into all the nooks & crannies. Step #4 Add the sliced onions & bayleaf to a roasting pan. Place the pork on top & pour in the apple juice. Step #5 Place in a 125°C / 250°F preheated oven for 2 hours. Step #6 Remove from oven & baste pork. Cover & seal with foil. Be Careful As The Pan Will Be Hot! Place back in 125°C / 250°F oven for 3 hours. Step #7 Remove from oven & rest for 1 hour. Remove foil, transfer pork to a warm plate & sieve liquid from pan into a jug. Step #8 Place pork back into pan & shred using meat claws for faster meat shredding.
